So, I just so happened to be passing through this town and i couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat and after strolling this random parking lot I came upon this amazing place. Everything was phenomenal from the food to the service to the ambiance. It was so much food I literally couldn’t even finish it all I was stuffed with PLENTY of leftovers. It was a pleasure to meet Nicole and V.Thank you ladies for the experience.

I’m visiting from out of state and was so excited that there is an L&L here. It’s a shame that the food wasn’t what was good about this place. Born and raised in Hawaii, I grew up eating from L&L. I understand the food from Hawaii isn’t the same as on the mainland, but it wasn’t even comparable. I got the BBQ combo plate because the LauLau and Kalua pork combo plate wasn’t available at the time. They had to defrost the laulau. The chicken was okay but the other meats were just not as expected. Too salty for my taste. The Mac salad was okay, could have been better. The rice, I think it was brown rice, was mushy. My kids got chicken katsu, which they say was okay as well. My husband’s meal was a disappointment. He got the breakfast plate. Spam, eggs, rice, and Mac salad. Eggs were over cooked and burnt. Spam was thinly sliced and cooked for too long. Rice was mush. We also got some spam musubi. Great disappointment as well. Mushy rice, thin slices of spam that were cooked for too long, and hardly any sauce. Wanted a taste of home and I didn’t get that. For the price we paid ($93) the food could have been better.I will say that the lady at the counter was very nice and the restaurant is clean and welcoming.

The lady was very kind. The food was terrible. My eggs were legitimately black and burt, rice was oatmeal consistency. Spam was like Jerky. It was soooo over cooked. Absolutely disappointed. Tried to get a refund after not touching my food. They refused. Nothing like Hawaii L and L. Worst one I've ever had. Stay away.

Omg this food is absolutely off the chain delicious, I cannot believe there was not a line around the block. Atmosphere is casual and happy, staff is nice, but that food OMG please go eat here you will not regret it. I got the mix barbecue plate
Disappointing. It’s my 2nd time here, I was not satisfied on my first visit, but I figured I give them another shot. And plus, I’m all about supporting island businesses. Sorry but my food today didn’t have that island taste. I drove almost an hour away, spent almost $100 just to regret it when I got home. Not alot of islanders in the area but 3 other islanders did state the same.1)Chicken has no seasoning (Katsu Chicken) but the crunch from the breading.2)Spam Musubi barely has any sauce on it, no eggs & seaweed looked and tasted stale. 3)Laulau/Lu’au has no seasoning, the meat inside was too dry and bland.

I've been here a few times with friends and the food has been good but this time I brought my wife and the food was AWFUL!! I had a beef bowl and she had a mixed plate. My bowl had two chunks of over seasoned, over BBQ sauce and semi burned meats!! My wife's plate was the same that you couldn't tell where was the chicken as it had to much BBQ and burned food. We took 2 bites and requested bag to take home but ended up dumping the food in the trash just outside a different restaurant, that we went to eat cause we were hungry lol, that's why I couldn't post pictures of it!! I paid over $50 bucks there and $30 bucks at a different restaurant... I should've gone to waffle house instead lol will definitely not come here anymore!! I can't believe their quality dropped so drastic!!
