Las Palmeras Seafood & Grill has a nice atmosphere, but the experience was disappointing. The menu descriptions do not match what is actually served. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, the staff insisted it wasn’t and claimed the menu itself was wrong. That kind of response is frustrating and unprofessional. If the menu is inaccurate, it should be updated instead of dismissing customer concerns.

The food was bad and cold and not even spicy. my dad ordered the camarones a la diabla and they came out as sweet instead of spicy. My niece's food was cold and my food didn't taste like it would usually taste. First and last time.

Authentic. Great service! Aqua Fresca is homemade. Shrimp tacos are great! New to area and will visit again!

Don't go to this kareoky. There was a contest where people of other nationalities sang and made the business dance and the Mexicans won. Of 18 participants more or less, I think the 6 finalists were from Mexico and they were not for applause, there was a jury, and of those 3 sang very well, including the one who won, but the other 3 had nothing to do with it...I think those who sang from Puerto Rico and Venezuela They should have been among the 6 finalists... and in the end, due to the applause, it was a very bad concept because a horrible shout was formed because the one who applauded the most was the one who came in 3rd place and the DJ insisted that they applaud again as if he were deaf or crazy because he I noticed that they applauded him more and the one named Jose received the real applause and acceptance from those present and in the end they divided the prize of $300 for $150, this DJ who seems not to know music did whatever he wanted Although it is not known who was behind and in the end they gave the first place to the one the DJ wanted and with this one he did not insist so that people chose him because that was the one he wanted El Juan del Hat Blanco to win, although he sang well. favorite was the one who was divided the 3rd... things that happen that shouldn't have happened and then I told them that it was for fun because people didn't agree that they are the ones who decide... question what should I do???
