Although BFG advised people to make reservations, my wife and I waited (sans reservation) for over an hour for a table for 2 to become available. Guess where they decided to place us?! Smack dab right next to the friggin' kitchen doors! I refused for my wife and I because I believe that there's an unwritten(?) restaurant rule that says you do notplace customers near the kitchen doors because of the hustle and bustle of server's running in and out, the usual clamor of a bustling kitchen. Very poor etiquette displayed by the host who had to have be told by management to seat as many people as possible! Dollar bills over customer respect! Wow. Left a sour taste. On Fathers Day, no less! Can you imagine?! My wife and I were appalled

some of the worst food I've ever had. I've had frozen pizza that tastes better. hands down worst pizza I've had from a restaurant/sports bar. the wings are a joke. Nashville crunchy? more like over breaded trash. small, dry, cheap wings. wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Had an awesome time here today! Excellent service, delicious food, clean bar, clean restrooms, quality pool table, and great music. Will definitely be coming back here soon! Jeff, Calvin, & Justin were great company.

Took at least 15 minutes to get served at the bar. Only one person working the floor and 2 tables who was also the bar tender. Complained to other guest as saying only 2 people and had to cancel several of their orders. I took my time not to rush him. Overall not his fault and had to do what was in front of him. Ultimately the owners/GM's issue.

If I wanted to sit and have a beer I would go back, but I simply would not go back to eat. There are better options in the shopping center.

Was a bit worried when I read the reviews but must say I'm so happy we stopped! We came in and it was very slow so I got worried, ordered a burger and fries and must say it was EXCELLENT! One of the best bar burgers I've ever had. Service was fast and friendly! Bathrooms clean and smelled good which is sometimes rare at a bar. I would definitely return!

I went there to watch the NASCAR race on a Sunday afternoon. It was raining outside and I guess that's why the place was dead.

I really wanted this place to be good. I've given it a couple chances. The staff are friendly and attentive, but the food is trash and they are constantly out of multiple items (food & drink). Plenty of TVs for sports. I'll probably go against my better judgment and try it again in a couple months if it's still open.

Great place to watch a game and enjoy a nice meal.. there is a TV in every direction. Not a bad seat in the house.

This place was okay. We went there for pizza, and unfortunately they were out and we could not order it. So we just had a couple appetizers and then went to another restaurant for pizza. The potato skins were really good though.

I saw this little place tucked away in the parking lot next to Five Guys. It seemed like a cool place to try out. First look was great. The deco and style was nice walking in. Everyone was very friendly. The food has room for improvement I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese. The chicken was not terrible by any means, just nowhere near Nashville Hot Chicken ( I lived in Nash for a few years). There was zero spice what so ever. Good news is the chicken was nicely cooked and the sauce was tasty. It had a nice sweetness to it. I would say either use oil like Nashville does or add a spicy sauce. The Mac n cheese looked good but was blan and seems to be frozen prior to my plate. It was blocked as it was cut from a container and not melted and hardly warm. The taser was not good either, at the level of kraft in my opinion. My total plate of food was rather warm instead of being fresh and hot even though I didn't see it sit under the heat lamp long. The other meal was the brisket sliders with fries. The brisket needs help and a lot of it. It tastes like roast beef. Needs more flavor and to be cooked slower. It was almost like they know it's not good because each piece of brisket was drenched in bbq. Good idea bad attempt. Good thing was their fries are delicious. They are a little different than normal fried and have a great potato thickness without being too potatoey. Great flavor. I will be back for another meal, at least for wings. IT was only their first or second week when I tried so maybe they have changed things and got good criticism.

Very disappointing! Yes there are 20+ tv's but the tables are strangely arranged and the tv's are placed a bit awkwardly around the space (unless you are sitting at the bar). Our family of 4 (which include our sons who are 18 & 16) were excited to try this convenient new spot for a college football playoff game, but we were quickly disappointed. Pitchers is advertised as a high-end sports bar, but I found myself confused about so much of it . The menu is very limited, but the pictures and descriptions were intriguing so we started with a few appetizers. Our first order was fried mozzarella sticks and fried zucchini. It was clear the cheese sticks were not fresh, but frozen and then warmed, the cheese wasn't even hot so it was difficult to eat. The fried zucchini was good, but nothing to be excited about. The service was good and our server was very nice. Our sons ordered a cheeseburger (which looks and sounds amazing on the menu) and chicken fingers. It took 45 minutes with no indication from our server for what might be taking so long. When it did finally arrive, the burger was a huge letdown. It didn't look anything like the menu picture and tasted subpar. My son said it reminded him of a basic burger from back-in-the-day restaurant . The fingers were fine, but the French fries were also confusing. Cut like steak-fries but sliced very thin, not crispy so it was weird to eat. The price point for the quality of food doesn't match. It was a tad-expensive for such a disappointing meal. We decided to leave at halftime and only the boys had meals. My husband and I decided against ordering more food based on the already letdowns. I was really looking forward to the possibilities of this place, but I think the owners missed the mark.
