I placed an online order for a three meat pizza and bread sticks. When I got there, the manager or one of the workers was locking the door and that was fine because my order was for a drive-thru pick up It was like 9:45pm. I don’t know what time this location closes. I told her my name she gave me my order It didn’t feel hot. I got to the house I opened it. Breadsticks were raw. Pretty sure they were not even cooked, the pizza did not have three meats. The pizza she gave me only have pepperoni and I can tell the pizza had been sitting out because it was just not even warm. I called immediately to let the manager know that my order was not correct that the breadsticks was raw and the pizza was just not the correct piece no answer at all which I’m not surprised cause like I said that they were closing.

I've always wondered why zero Stars isn't an option, because I would have rated the experience I have most times at this location a zero. Out of 10 visits, only two were satisfactory. Long wait lines and poor quality are the main issues.

Ordered pick up to be picked up at the drive thru. Watched the person ahead of me have a conversation with the employee while my order continues sit. Said employee saw there were other folks in line. Employee should have had the person ahead of me pull around to wait for their order or to finish their conversation. I went inside to get it because I was tired of waiting for their conversation to end. Food was ok. I've had better from this store.

On 9/26/2025 was so disrespectful and unprofessional. She was handling money at the register them would go and wipe her hands on the back of her pants and proceeded to touch the dough and toppings with no gloves. Very disappointing and disgusted..

Just moved to Savannah from the Midwest. All I hear about is southern hospitality. Maybe someone should tell the young lady at the register. She was rude and ignorant to older customers, I order a hot n ready pep and breadsticks , she pulled pizza out sat it on the counter and said crazy bread is still baking.. as my pizza sat there for 20 mins getting cold on the counter . Finally received my breadsticks, drove the 2 miles back to my home.. pizza was cold n stiff, breadsticks were some how cold after just coming out the oven. 1 bite and I tossed it all in the garage. I would call store but, why? More ridiculous rudeness! I know it’s Little Caesars, not Giordano's In Chicago, but have some pride in what you’re doing.. hot n ready?? nope. Cold stiff n ready..

Rubber bread, cold pizza, dried up wings. Hot wings no sauce. Absolutely awful. Trash food, cost $40 for garbage. Not fit to eat.
The woman at the register was on her laptop when I approached her, she took my cash, gave me change, then proceeded to the back to make my food, she did not wash her hands and then with no gloves grabbed a handful of cheese out of the container and sprinkled it onto the crust 🤢🤮

Two times I've tried to go through the drive through and two times NOBODY ever came to take my order. They were in there, they just didnt care. The car in front of me was there for a hot minute too and then drove off. I assumed they had receieved their order but pretty sure they didnt. Wasted half of my lunch break.
I get if its super busy and staff is short, but be decent and let people know so they can go somewhere else.

The food isn't the problem here. It's the employees. The manager this time went crazy because the employees apparently didn't have things ready to make orders. Slamming things, yelling, and loud. I understand it but it was uncomfortable. I love this place but this needs to be addressed especially since I had to wait about an hour for my order.

Ordered a thin crust hamburger & pineapple pizza, went through drive to pick it up, it was the worst pizza we have ever got there! It was not worth the money we paid for it and we even paid for extra meat and it did not seem like there was extra meat!
