Don’t order on Uber eats. There’s a crowd of cars in no order but they won’t let you in the store to pick up. So you have to go through the “drive thru” except you can’t. So you pay for food you sit in a weird line to get.

Wow this place is bad. And it’s not even the employees fault. I see them absolutely working their tails off but they just can’t keep up with the demand. They need help and probably need to be paid more. Enough to live at least

I pulled into the drive through and asked for a hot and ready pizza with a drink. Then proceeded to wait in the line for about 20 minutes. While I do understand that sometimes the pizza isn't ready I don't understand the concept of the employee not once coming to the window to explain the wait. In fact even leaving the counter to go to the back so he didn't have to look at me. That was was purely poor customer service. I would have not been upset at all if he would have just said something. Then when I get out of the line and come in magically the pizza is ready. He spent so much time ignoring me in the drive-through that he didn't even remember I'm the same person!!! Horrible customer service.

I will never return to this location after today. Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before i had to go inside. Apparently no one told the other vehcile drive through is for pickup..... not ordering.Once inside, i was passed over for for a child who not only showed up after, but kept walking in and out.Whoever was "working" needs to learn some professionalism, or what it is.
