We just stopped in to pick up pizzas for the football game at the Berwick location in Savannah. They were crazy busy, phone ringing with a line, and people still coming in. The lady behind the register was so pleasant, smiling and working hard to get people taken care of. Everyone working was busting their butts, but made you feel welcomed. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the overall experience was a great one. Good job, y'all!!

Customer service is terrible here I was picking up a Uber eats order and proceeded to give the person at the counter the name. She then tells me that there is a code to pick it up which for Uber there is not. She didn’t tell me I can’t see the code because I hit verify . When you hit verify on Uber, you’re only verifying what the items are in the order. It does not skip or bypass anything. If there was a code it would’ve been in the instructions and hitting verify would not change the instructions.
I do DoorDash and Uber and for DoorDash, it does give you instructions on how to use the hotbox portal but on the updated version of Uber you just get The name. this goes the same for other restaurants like McDonald’s and Taco Bell or you used to have to give the code but now you give the name and you verify The code on the receipt once you get the food, she proceeded to belittle me and tell me I was not listening in that next time I would not receive the food. You definitely need to do better training On customer service. And maybe educate your workers that not every uber and/or DoorDash instructions are the same. I pick up from little Caesars all the time multiple locations and I never get a hotbox portal code. To tell I’m wrong and not “Listening” is demeaning

I love this pizza especially stuffed pretzels crust but this time is too much Salt.. my son couldn't eat this pizza, I had to remove all the salt so on that way he could eat a slice of pizza

I walked in, 615 on 7/24 and the cashier was looking down at her phone for a solid 20 seconds sending a text before even acknowledging I was trying to place an order.

I have never gotten sick from a pizza. I’ve never gotten sick from any food, at that. But this place.. this place is disgusting.
I ate 3 slices of a Hot-N-Ready cheese pizza, with a side of breadsticks. My boyfriend ate one piece and 4 breadsticks. We’ve both been sick now for almost 2 weeks, my illness respectively worse than his.
I lasted 3 days throwing up before I went to the hospital, to be told I had Acute Kidney Damage from E. coli poisoning, ShigaToxin. I have a weakened immune system on top of that. I’ve never been beat down by a food so bad.
My boyfriend ended up throwing up all the food he ate that night, but I didn’t. So I was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. I’m still suffering from illness and I’m still throwing up. The fact you can be so dirty that CHEESE gets someone sick is absolutely insane.
I say this because I’ve worked in Italian Pizza kitchens since I was 14. NEVER have I had someone or myself get sick. It’s absolutely disgusting.
This place seriously needs to be like shut down. I haven’t eaten in over 8 days because i can’t hold anything down from this. If i could rate this NEGATIVE STARS i would. It deserves it. A lack of care for hygiene.

I will never ever order from this location. Customer service was horrible. Placed order online. Was ordering on Rincon web page. When I completed order it went to Berwick. I immediately called Berwick within seconds of order going in. The young lady on the phone was very rude about the whole situation.

I am 100% done with Little Caesars. Now using Doordash for deliveries instead of paying their employees to save money. My order was stolen by a Doordash driver. I was given a refund through Doordash and not Little Caesars. Making me wait 10-12 business days to receive my refund. I did not order through Doordash. I don't use those delivery services because of situations like what happened to me last night.
Pizza was so thin I didn't know if I should eat it or grab a pencil and start trying to write on it. Is it pizza dough or rice paper? Like slapping sauce on a cracker and calling it a day.
New slogan more dough (money) for less dough
