The lady who made our floats was one of the nicest people, and she did a fantastic job. The floats were some of the best I’ve ever had, and it was so much fun looking around while they were being made (and they were made very quickly). Loved it here, best float ever!

A lot of great variety items to be found for souvenirs, some are expensive, others are more fairly priced. Workers were a little new so they were all over the place, but we're nice and helpful. Had to get a refund because they accidentally overcharged us $2, but figured it out and promptly helped us out.

Im very big on customer service. When you walk into my establishment or place of work soon as you pull the door open i’m going to speak. Well the workers here on 8-17-24 at 4:45pm ( time & date was given due to another comment that was made about how the business pulled the cameras, this will help) didn't do that with me and my family. I’m not going to pull the “ Racist” card but we definitely felt it. Another family ( different race ) came in right behind us and they were immediately greeted . The workers sparked a conversation with them and made them feel like they wanted them there . Me & my spouse wanted to leave but do to my son seeing this place on tik tok i didn’t want to ruin his day. The person who made our shakes didn’t speak when we approached the counter I spoke to them first and it was a dry response back . The person did an amazing job with the shakes but like i said it was no conversation or interaction with “US” . we spent $35 on 3 shakes and honestly I would have spent more had they been nicer to us . A simple how are you and thank you for coming goes a long way . Oh , and I also had my camera recording as well for my content creation but won’t be posting..I thought about posting due to the lack of service but I won’t. I hope the business can learn from this. Overall the place sells really good shakes but do to the service I won’t return.
Roman was amazing… love him !! His customers service was phenomenal. He served my 5 kids their ice cream and me and my husband did the wine tasting, if you haven’t already please try the peach wine slushie… Thanks Roman ?

Great vibe in this cool little store. They have a little of everything from wine, hot sauce, ice cold treats and other locally sourced items. Wife and I tried the Savannah ice pops and it was delicious. Go check this place out.

Sarah made my experience more than enjoyable. She made me the most delicious peanut butter chocolate milkshake and her customer service was out of the park. She greeted everyone as they walked in the door with a smile and was very helpful when asked questions. If I could give her a raise, I would. 10/10 recommend visiting Locally Made Savannah. I will be returning next time I’m in town ☺️

Cute shop with local products at fair prices. A cute dog was wandering in the store and was a pleasant surprise. 3D printed dragons and peaches, inexpensive stickers, ice cream, and crochet plushies! It feels great to support local artists for a fair price.
