Hostess was extremely rude. Bad for the first impression. If she is the person who represents your restaurant oh my.. She gave us the lunch menu at 3:15 in the afternoon. Service very very slow. Not enough WORKING staff. It's a shame that the first impression was so bad, your food was good and our waitress was nice.

Visited at the 3rd decade of February. Comparing to Steakhouse in centre of Odessa - I can put 3 stars maximum. Young lady waitress was polite, good. But other ones - are not so. Manager has to pay attention for cleanless, due to unfortunatelly most of visitors does not have a nice manners at all. Onion soup - I will highly recommend! Without any fat, bravo! Only not so clean plates. I ordered Loghorn steak well done - unfortunately it was over well done, even much more than I expected. Backed potato - good. General atmosphere - too narrow inside, quite dark, it was not so comfortable. Just pay a little bit attention and all will be fine! With kind regards to the Longhorn steakhouse from customer.

Waited 25 minutes to be seated when half of the restaurant was empty which wasn't a big deal. Once we were seated we waited another 15 minutes for the waiter to go to the table behind ours and tell them the kitchen was backed up by 30 minutes on orders. She then looked at us and told us she would be right with us. After another 15 minutes we decided to leave.

Not sure if they were having an off night but the experience was terrible.

This place was a joke....don't waste your time. Service sucks at this establishment. No one moves with purpose or intent. Then had the nerve to come back to table with incorrect change. I'll like to encourage this establisgment Management to go visit the Hinesville location and take notes. Hinesville has much better service and wait staff is top notch and professional and classy. Our server was all the place trying wait someone's else tables. Forgetting the order of service. A total fork in the road. We were visiting from out of town no reason to lie.

Food was not as expected, seasoned fries were not what was advertised and the service was lack luster. My order was wrong and the drinks were very much watered down with ice. Took way too long to bring out drinks.

Waited over an hour for a take out order. Restaurant was not busy at all. Went inside it smelled like planet fitness. Received my food cold and the order was not correct. If you want to enjoy Longhorn I recommend the Pooler location.

One word to describe the location: YUCK!! Zero stars if that was an option. We wanted to sit at the bar but the only open area had a pile of dirty plates, left over bread, etc. bartender “cleaned” the area by pushing dirty plates to the side and food to the floor. Some sweet potato left overs fell on one of the seats and that was not cleaned. I stayed standing waiting to see if the dirty plates and left over bread was going to be removed when she got to the other side of the bar, only to get a stare probably wondering why I was still not sitting. Eating at the bar was out at this point so we attempted to get our name on the list for a table. 2 minutes later, after no one being at the front and seeing a bunch of other waiting people, we simply left and went to the location in Pooler.

The server Morgan was very good. Unfortunately, our steaks were overcooked at first. We ordered medium well, but instead, the porterhouse was dry, and the ribeye was so well done that it was charred. We had to wait a long time for the correct steaks. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours, and all I ate was bread, broccoli, and rice pilaf. Our dessert, the Stampede, was packed, and we took it to-go. The ice cream was melted by the time we got home. However, the prices, service, and taste of the food were better than Outback.
