Didn’t stay long enough to eat anything. The smell was so bad and the appearance was very unclean , we ended up leaving . I was literally afraid to eat out of that place and now I’m glad I didn’t.just read a review that was made two days ago and apparently the meat may have been rancid .

I Love Longhorns… always consistently Delish.. but this place… smh… steaks were not rib eye as ordered… and a med well came back Med rare twice…Restaurant had a weird smell too.On a good note our waitress was AMAZING!!

My husband and I both ordered steaks, his well done, mine was medium/rare. Both steaks had a sour taste and smell. Rancid meat. That’s what was served. His well done steak was worse. Do NOT recommend at all.

Don’t waste your time and money!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 45 minutes to get one of five drinks ordered. Never got water. Had to ask the busboy to bring us water. After an hour we got the rest of our drinks. Our food took an hour and half. Food was mediocre. Not up to Longhorn standards. Our booth smelled like urine. Our server came to our table twice the 21/2 hours we were there. NEVER asked if we needed anything else. TERRIBLE service!!!!! Terrible dining experience.

In town for a soccer tournament and had a great meal here with my son. Server was busy but excellent. The only thing that hampered our time was the hostess/take out phone in the bar area rang the entire time we were there. Seriously, the entire time.

We absolutely love LongHorn ❤️ but on this night, Sunday night, April 7th at 9pm. We sat down at 9:10 knew what we wanted and placed the order. Our entrees were out by 9:30. The upsetting ? part about it all was that the hostess felt like it was time to close shop. We can her stating loudly "its time to go". So, in our dining area she started putting chairs on top of the tables. How rude and disrespectful this made us feel. It took her about five minutes to put the chairs on top of the tables yet it had to be done while we were eating. Which could have been done as soon as we left. What a slap in the face. I really hope corporate sees this and address this issue to all the Longhorns chains but especially to the one in Savannah Georgia on Abercorn Street. Sincerely, hard working paid customers. Ps , what we ordered is in the picture below.
Seated us in a booth with no light, we moved ourselves to a empty booth with light. Our server Ciara was fabulous, but the phone rang non stop our whole meal. About 1 1/2 hours!. Food was mediocre. Really shocked because I have always put Longhorn's above Texas Roadhouse but no more. Do better Longhorn!

We waited 35 minutes with a party of 7 people and they called us and trying to give us a table for 4 then had us go back and wait we waited for an hour as they sat two parties that came in after us then finally got sat down they brought some bread but no silver wear to cut it then when they took our order they came and said they ran out of the sides that were ordered and every side we picked they were out of so I finally had to ask what sides they still had it was not a good experience that night

This visit was FABULOUS!!The bone in Rybye OMGOODNESS IT WAS AMAZING!! it was cooked just right and the taste was AWESOME!!My waitress was on it !!She was SUPEE DUPER Great!!!!Thank you ? Longhorns!!!
