I visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning and really enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere. It had a good amount of people, but the service was still attentive and fast. I ordered the Bam Yo-Yo and the Bluegrass Grits Bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything was cooked perfectly. However, the Maple Vanilla Latte wasn’t my favorite. I didn’t add any extra sugar, but it was still too sweet for my taste.
There aren’t enough people working to prove good service. The cashier left for a solid 5 minutes to get cups while the line grew longer and longer. He asked the barista to take over, she either didn’t hear him or did not because she was also busy making drinks. The food was good and the drink was drinking but the wait was ridiculous and it was because they needed a runner or somebody else to do the needed tasks while they served the customers.
Food was really good but the service should be rethought… just two servers would probably fix the issue… took forever get the food and not all orders were correct… again, food was really good
