The service has to be some of the worst that I've ever experienced. Everyone moves slowly, with no sense of urgency or respect for people's time. I should not have to spend 25 mins at any fast food chain waiting on my order for one person. I can only imagine how long it would take for multiple orders at once. The staff is short, and rude, and all need to be replaced. Horrible experience

I don't have high expectations for McDonald's but a few go a step beyond and the other 98% world-wide are considered a familiar staple for fast food. In all honesty this McDonald's doesn't even merit one stars . Conveniently walking distance from our hotel. Filthy . Staff was more concerned about breaks and talking on their cell phones. Follow -up with management accomplished nothing ( a simple " I will follow up" would have been better). This is literally the WORST McDonald's in the world.

No complains about the food, but the last few times I’ve been here, employees are just rude. Two times I’ve been in the drive thru, people just give me my order and close the window without saying anything. Today I was inside, and a dude came to my table to give me my order and just threw it on the table and walked away without saying anything. Also, as I was hearing other orders being given out, workers twice were like “Last call for number…” like it’s now or never to get your order. I mean, cmon guys. Have some pride in your job. Employees look like they’re bored, why can’t they be more happy :(

I ordered the five dollar meal deal with just one patty. Instead when I got no meat at all. I called only to have the person go back and forth with me about what the receipt said on “their” end. Receipt pictured below

This particular McDonalds is the absolute worst, sorry, AND pathetic one in Savannah! The general manager walks around turning on tvs, talking, and moving around acting AS IF she’s being productive, when in reality SHES DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! She don’t help her employees prepare meals or nothing! Was literally there for a sandwich and an ice coffee, waited 15+ minutes wasn’t even given an update on my order, AND I ordered through the app 35 minutes prior! Because I know they move in sloth like manner! Then she got this elderly lady running from one end of the restaurant to the next, poor lady moving around so much and fast for her age, she don’t know which way is up! Like common sense will tell you as a manager, mornings and lunchtime are hectic, why wouldn’t you have everyone on board inside! Just SORRY! And I want my money and points back!
