I only get 45 mins for lunch and I spent the entire time waiting on my food. There was only one person taking orders and collecting payments and every one after me got their food and left while I still waited on mine in reserved parking 2. All I ordered was a 6a value meal. After I paid at 1:56 pm I was advised it would only be 5 mins I sat there until I had to go in and get a refund at 2:21 because I had to go back to work.

I find it in very poor taste that my 7-month-old baby, just because she was playing and laughing, was told to be quiet. Imagine saying that to a baby! I feel very dissatisfied.

i hate this mcdonalds. the children you all have hired simply cannot do their jobs correctly. every time! every single time something is wrong with my order. how does one forget the meat patties on a mcdouble? last time i ordered from there i ordered a 2 cheese burger meal and literally got just fries.

The disrespect I get from literal McDonald's employees is annoying, you are on the clock and will act accordingly. Every time I go to the Abercorn store, I am repeatedly disrespected and ignored by people who do not have the luxury of doing either. When I speak, I will be answered, not ignored or laughed at. When I order something, and it is not correct, it will be corrected without attitude or insults. I am a grown woman, not a child. I was disrespected enough when I worked there, I will not tolerate it when I am the one spending the money. I stg, McDonald's is not the company it used to be.

Made my order on the kiosk and went to pay cash at the register (don't like using my card because I trust myself to spot skimmers), and after waiting 5 minutes I looked at the time on my phone. The young girl who could work the register (she was working it when I came in) walked by me 4 times and I even told her I wanted to pay for my meal so it would come up on their screen the first time she walked by, well 20 minutes later after checking the time I finally gave up. 3 other people gave up before me. 1 was there before me. Went to Cookout and was in and out with my food in under 7 minutes. Haven't had McDonald's since and if I ever do IT WILL NOT BE AT THIS ONE!

Had the food already made. Someone asked me what order I had for DoorDash, then nothing, waited about 10 minutes then he asked again, nothing. Waited another 10 minutes and finally the general manager rolls around and asks. She picked up the bag and shoved it in the bag so it was definitely cold.

I am a Dasher and the management is poor. I received a message saying my delivery was ready for pick up however, when I arrived and asked for the order, the worker said it was still being prepared. I said I got a message that the order was ready on the app. He said oh, its still another 5 minutes. I was waiting an additional 10vminutes before I asked the manager if the order was ready. The manger said its still being prepared. I repeated that I got a message saying the order was ready for pick up now 15 minutes ago. She said they dont have anything to do with the app. I said OK, let me call customer service. I called customer service and they said the store is responsible for saying the order is ready. I asked if the Manager was lying. He said yes. So I made it my business to report thr lying manager to this review because its a waste of time for people doing their work to deliver food to hungry customers just to be lied to. Do not go to this McDonalds on Abercorn on the Southside of Savnnah. The management is dishonest. So if they lie about an order being ready, they'll likely lie about how they prepare the food or if the establishment is clean or if customer service is prompt.

This store is notorious for no one being at the front counter when you walk in. I’m dashing and have to get someone from the back to hand me a bag sitting on the counter so I can just leave.

Drove up to drive thru to pick up mobile order. They forgot my coffee. When they finally handed it to my husband it spilled all over him and burned his hand because she did not close the lid. Didn’t even apologize. This McDonald’s is terrible.

This experience was not good at all. My mother’s McGriddle egg was not fully cooked. The young man that delivered our food to our table did not bring straws or any other condiments.

When my mother went to ask for salt he stood there and said uh huh but didn’t move to get it for her.

We witnessed an employee take an empty cup and fill it partially with soda, drink it while standing in front of the drink machine. Then place the used cup on the counter and left it there. All while clearing his throat of mucus.

The trash is overflowing.

The bathroom was without toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. The water pressure in the sink was affected by the toilets flushing.

If you enjoy waiting 30 minutes plus to get your food after ordering this is the place for you. Have been to this location several times and the service is absurdly slow
