Monday night. 6/23/25 I was in the drive thru for about 40 minutes after I already paid. Doors were locked so I couldnāt even go inside to attempt a refund. After an hour someoneās comes outside to hand me a bag with 1/3 of my order. No drinks or anything and they tell me have a good night. I tell them im missing most of my order and all I got was a nasty look and an āokā. I was there in the drive thru for a total of an hour and 22 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
I sat in line for 10 minutes although I had a mobile order they didnāt have my order on their screen they said it would be 2 minutes 30 minutes later I get my food they forgot a part of my order and my fries were cold.
