Worst McDonald’s establishment. They need to tear this down and build something where people can actually follow directions and give you all your food. Placed order for counter pickup but the doors where locked

Sat in line for 30+ minutes waiting on a 10 piece nugget than finally got to the window and the rude lady said that they are only accepting cards not cash food was cold everyone in line was getting upset one guy even pulled around and asked what the hold up was and she cursed him out just rude and needs to be dealt with.

Sat in drive thru after doing an online order for 20+ minutes ended up with a mixed match order with maybe 40% of the items correct. Horrible McDonalds possibly the worst I’ve ever been to and if you don’t believe me go off practically not one positive review in over a month. The owner/manager needs to open their eyes and either get their hands dirty or find new staff.

I had placed an order at 9:20 and still didn’t receive any food 30 minutes later after 10. Went in to ask for a time estimate on how much longer the wait would be and was meet with disrespectful tone and inappropriate language. Overall horrible customer service especially from the manager Malachi. 0/10 experience would not recommend putting your good business at this establishment. (The order we placed was not that big, and there were not that many people at this restaurant at this time).
