Last week, I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. I called & David the Manager apologized & said to come back at my convenience & my order would.be replaced. I went in today. David replaced my order & apologized again. I am very happy with his customer service.

Went to the counter for help with newly downloaded app and the lovely lady working front was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the app and all staff was friendly. Excellent food as well. Another customer at counter didn’t get sausage on her sandwich and the staff in kitchen apologized and made it all better. Great group working today. 2/1/25 and my order numbers 225 and 227. Plz commend her and the staff.

Came to get breakfast. Only one of two drive thrus open which meant long line. Able to use coupon code and cash which is my preference given past theft of credit card number. Food was hot & fresh which is a big plus. After smiling at and chatting up staff staff visibly relaxed & smiled back. Too bad the dining area was not open. Confess that the coupon drew me in, otherwise I would not have come for the regular price. A successful breakfast.
