The worst McDonald’s ever! Card was charged for an order not given! No one at the store would help me after several attempts. Contacted cooperate and they advised that the store would issue the refund and that the store was aware of this. Went to the store and they refused even seeing the email. No compassion with any employee I have came in contact with here.

Blatantly ignored this morning for over 10 minutes. Every sign on the building and everything online says 6:00am open. Employees finally acknowledged me to tell me they don’t open until 6:30.

I stopped hear with my grandchildren and my daughter. We patiently waited for someone to come take our order. Two employees saw us but ignored us, yup that’s right ignored us. So we did try to get their attention by saying excuse me, big mistake! The cashier was so rude to my youngest grandchild when he was giving her his order, that we just told her never mind and we left. I can’t believe a grown women would be rude to a child.. for no reason.

The staff is too slow, I had added the app rewards by the time staff came to take my order the rewards has expired and they could not sell the product I came to order. This is a sad lost for the company bc the staff is non responsive to customers. There where two people working the counter and i was the only customer in the store

We frequent that's location but it is close to our home and my son's school is right around the corner. We've never had an issue quite like this however in the evening we had to wait 20 minutes for an apple pie and a frappe. They employee that serviced us was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for the wait! I see that this is a recurring issue with this location as mentioned in previous reviews I highly recommend that the franchise owner speak with the locations manager and reevaluate their hires and/or implement training because they will be the death of your business at this location!

No food no service ended up walking out. If there were a line of
cars I could understand. But there were none waiting. They would not take our order. We were told to use the keyos told them we didn't know how we would like to order. Never took our order so we walked out.

They lost my order and ignored me while I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When I went inside for assistance they were very rude and we got into a shouting match. The food is not worth that kind of mistreatment. I don’t know how they stay open.

Samantha is a jewl!!! She’s the hardest working employee there and in the face of adversity she’s always pleasant to her customers!! Promote this young lady. She could set the standard of what the culture there should be. Excellence A++++

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in America. I try here because it’s close to home yet I have never gotten my order correct. DO NOT GO HERE. Some workers are nice but most are incredibly rude. Don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else

Slipped on floor in lobby covered in grease Waited forever on food 30+ mins and then it was wrong including drinks , then employees was fighting physically hated this place one time and done won't be back ever they need to close it down !!!!

Drove through this morning at 7:56 AM. The lights were on but nobody home. The drive through area where you order was blocked, doors were locked and I didn’t see anyone inside despite a sign on the door saying they open at 6:00 AM.
