Went through the drive thru at approximately 1:15 on Aug 21. I am assuming this McDonalds must be content with their bottom line. According to the many bad reviews on here my experience wasn't a rare incident and it's obvious management and the owner doesn't care. But I'm gonna say it anyway. The absolute RUDEST person at a drive thru I have EVER encountered in my life. I worked in fast food for 5 years so I try to be cordial and understanding. I do not expect workers to jump through hoops for me but the extreme rudeness was unacceptable. That's why we left and went to a different fast food drive thru. Do better.......WAY better.

The first time l have gotten more than a smoothie at McDonalds in a long time. The fish was a little cold so they gave me a hotter one. Other than that l enjoyed my meal.

Horrible experience we were waiting for 45 minutes for fast food restaurant that’s insane the lady with a red head a horrible attitude she didn’t call out the order and proceeded to said after a while “that order has been there for a minute “ and then I ordered a frappe no whip cream and constantly asking me what my order was.

While visiting friends in Savannah, we stopped by McDonalds on our way to Publix. It's was busy, but what else is new. The first cashier was very kind and told us to have a blessed day. The second drive thru worker was so distracted he did not acknowledge us, just handed us the bag. We ate in the parking lot before going shopping. I ordered a simple fish filet meal. When I say this is the worst fish filet sandwich I have ever had at McDonald's, I truly mean it. It looked and tasted like it had sat under the light for literally hours. The usually fabulous bread was hard as a rock and the cheese was almost non existent. I ate a few bites but couldn't handle much more. The fries were somewhat edible. I love the fish filet, but may have to step away from McDonald's for a hot minute after that experience.

The employees were so rude and started arguing with a guy and his family because he didn't get any syrup with his kids pancakes, the employee proceeded to follow they guy to the table and call the police after he got his syrup because he wasn't nice enough to her. It was absolutely ridiculous, the employee was yelling in his face, my daughter was scared. I h ad to go in and order a thing of ranch because they wouldn't sell it to me at drive-thur and had to wait 12 minutes for the 45 cent ranch so the employee could go fight with the guy about the syrup. I hope she was fired and I also hope the manager was fired for letting her do that.

A typical Mc~es .. nothing special. This locations drive thru especially in the evening can be tricky. No clue if they ever fixed that.. they were closed even tho it said they are open. The Sweet tea is usually nasty .. you get what you pay for.
This was the nastiest greasy burger I've ever seen. The employees were slow, rude and totally disinterested in the customers. The only reason so much of the sandwich is missing is because it's on the floor. I would not eat here FREE!!
