My 1st time at this McDonald’s and VERY disappointed! Took half an hour to get a meal. Everyone else behind me in drive through line you could see their expressions of how long it took to get their order. Totally unacceptable! Your location needs to train OR be much better in distribution via the drive through. Both of the drive lines were ridiculously long and slow. Our kids love McDonald’s. But y’all need to do something.

Was handed a half melted sunday and half-way cooked, soggy fries.
Update: keep an eye for price changes or over charging at this location. $5meal deal has always come out to 5.35. I saw that they charged me 30 cents for a medium drink so total came out to 5.67 and when i told the girl with dreads, i geuss manager, that i just wanted a small drink that comes with the meal. she told me thats how its been and that its always been extra charge.

After Hurricane Helene hit last night, these employees showed up for work, were smiling and kind as they served up delicious breakfast to those without power. Yes, the lines were long, the wait time was long, but given the circumstances the wait was amazingly quick in context. Thank you all!
