Okay I didn't want to say anything bad about this place. But when you must pay 3 extra dollars for a couple strips of bacon and the bacon is missing. This is un acceptable.

Came at 9 am ate at a table, food came out fast. The food was warm and neatly assembled. All utensils and condiments were on the tray, and tray was brought to the table. They also have outlets at the table for mobile workers to charge devices. I was reassured it was not a problem. This has been a breath of fresh air. I completely recommend this facility. If I could give an above and beyond star, I would.

So if you order the McChicken bundle with the small fries, drink and nuggets, your drink is only free if it’s soda. If you want water you have to pay 10 cents. And not only that the lady straight up told me she can’t ring in water unless you buy a bottle. So they had to ring it in as a tea?

Worst service ever big guy behind counter yelling all day. Slow service no one getting food place is backed up. My frozen drink came out as liquid drink had to put in my wine order cause no one up from then had to take a number they were suppose to bring food out to me and did not stud at front counter yelling. Then we asked for more napkins and sauce they acted terrible about it and questioned me. Stay away from this place the worst Mc D ever in my life. The whole crew should be fired. All drinks were out of order and all tea was empty. What a joke needs a new manager.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Savannah the fries taste like potato chips hard crunchy use the same grease and also no sweet got unsweetened tea in the sweetened tea container the shift leader he’s a very big guy got a sassy attitude allow his employees to play around in the work environment he has each car in the drive thru waiting for like 20mins each car it’s ridiculous they need to be shut down on Montgomery crossroad so I need cooperate to see this thanks

Same order for years. This morning drive thru gives me a caramel milk, I ordered caramel ice coffee. Drive through guy argued with me. I told him I did not want it. The drink was solid white, no coffee in it. He held it out the window until I took it. I went inside asked for a remake, got the same drink watered down.

This morning was chaotic with my son needing to be at school an hour early, and we didn’t even have time for breakfast. After dropping him off, I took my little girls to McDonald’s and Rajamel completely turned our day around.

His positivity was infectious. He brought our food to the table, cleared our trays, helped with the girls, and made it feel like we were being spoiled at a nice restaurant. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious, our order was correct, and he even checked back to see if we needed anything else.

Because of him, the girls and I have decided to make this our new Thursday morning tradition. Thank you, Rajamel, for making a stressful morning wonderful.

Customer service is horrible there. The manager needs to do retraining. The cleaning guy needs an attitude adjustment. I went to grab a paper towel to wipe the dirty table, and he started yelling at me. Instead of the girl being at the cash register, she was too busy talking to her friend. She knew I was there because she looked right at me. I will never go there again.

For 2 days in a row I have tried the drive through to pick up breakfast at 6:15 a.m. The website indicates this store is open at 6 a.m. After 10 min. sitting in line there was no one there to take my order. I had to leave and drive to another location to get breakfast. Very inconvenient and a lot of time wasted. Probably will not waste my time with this location moving forward!

Stopped in for a quick bite for breakfast. Ordered two Egg McMuffin breakfast sandwiches. The drive through was busy, but inside was not. I placed my order on the kiosk and chose to pay at the counter. Waited 10 mins for someone to finally take my check and pay for my food. Waited another 5 minutes until I was called. I grabbed my food. Does McDonald's not melt the cheese any longer? I mean the sandwiches were good,but that cold slice of cheese ruined it all. I see lots of unhappy workers here. I was never greeted,no good morning not thank you,nothing. Oh and don't bother taking a number for your table cause they just gonna call out your name and wait for you to come get it. I'll give this location another shot in the future.
