I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. (I worked at McDonald’s in high school so I know how easy the job is) first of all the girl taking orders seemed like she was either slow or on something. Took us saying our order 4 times for her brain to catch up. the drive through cashier needs to either be fired or put in the kitchen. You do NOT open the door and turn towards your customers with an attitude or welcome!! she couldn't even tell me the ice cream maker was down until I heard her tell others and expect me to pay for it. I'm not stupid!!
This location is filthy. We ordered our food on the kiosk and had to wait 30 mins. The lobby was full; all waiting with receipts in hand. Meanwhile, the staff were trying to calm down an Employee named Terrell with no success. As he is calling his coworkers an f’n b *itch. Managers had no control of the situation. Terrel then grabs a trash bag, goes outside, comes back inside and starts handling food. Not washing hands. His pants around his thighs exposing his buttcrack/underwear....read full review
