Came in for breakfast and waited at the register about 3-5 mins til a staff said place your orders on the kiosk. Never used one and first just me the kiosk is fine but ordering for 6 ppl is not as quick on the kiosk for me bc I've never used one before. The lady was rude and didn't give us all our food. I went back to the register she was rude and took my receipt and gave me 3 of my food plates but still didn't give me a biscuit. I went back to the table and realized everyone had their food but me so I go Back up there, with no receipt to prove it but the other lady gave me my biscuit. One of the ladies was nice and helpful but the other lady needs to learn customer service skills. She was not nice even from the start. Thankfully the food wasn't that bad but service? They really need to step it up and the bathrooms were absolutely horrible.

Young man that gave us our food was so kind and polite.He was a fine example for today's youth. only problem is our 4 piece nugget has 3 in it and our six piece only has 5 nuggets in it . But the young man at the window was a! amazing young man . was nice after a long trip to get kind service

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! Dear manager of this location. I highly recommend u stepping up to the plate and doing a little better at your job. Start with evaluate your employees wirh the way your store is being ran. Very very poor excuse for an establishment. I do not blame the rude. Employees, I blaine management. For this store to turn into what i experienced here tonight.There's no way this could have happened in just one day. I challenge the store manager to do better at they job. If you can't do better at your job then there is no hope for your staff / team. P.s Maybe your employees shouldn't be out sidesmoking WEED with the homeless people. And in fact, maybe they should be inside trying to learn how to be better at their job. Again the problems I witnessed tonight cannot be any less than just poor management. Nothing More Nothing Less . JustSayin

Terrible McDonalds. Nuggets burnt, no salt of stale fries, got pickles when asked for no pickles. And then didn’t get a Diet Coke that was paid for. Said we would just pay for another at the pick up window but they couldn’t do it. Wanted us to go all the way back through the drive through.

Shoved the incorrect drink into my husbands hand when we asked for a Dr Pepper and they gave us a sweet tea. We said we will not drink it as he kept shoving it into his hand and said we can’t change it because the machine made it and now that my husband touch it he can’t take it back (that part I understand but do not keep shoving crap into our hands that isn’t ours ) like okay buddy way to be lazy. Good thing we will never have to come back here again. Although it’s not that serious it was his attitude and incompetence to do a simple task. Wish we could have given that sweet tea to someone else because it just went into the trash, what a shame!

Kind of clean, homeless person inside restaurant, hanging out in the bathroom. Isolated incident? Parking lot needed a good clean up.
Order was incorrect. They lost order for customer In front. Old Guy asked at register where is the cashier, they said they don't do that anymore, he has to use kiosk. He said I dont know how to use that. Worker said oh well and walked off. I offered and helped him. It didn't print ticket, I went and asked, they said they will get him, since he still had to go to register to pay. After a fiasco of many other unhappy customers, I finally spoke up that neither customer before or after us got their food and we were done eating. Another old man was getting his money back and said he used to work there, was never this bad. I can go on and on, but this was the worst of it.

Night shift is rude, slow moving. Don’t care type of attitude. Sat in the line for 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Then my food was not fresh.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Young man taking the order couldn't figure out how to enter a value meal, the young lady handling out food acted like it was an act of God to get ketchup for the fries and didn't give me my dipping sauce, plus closed the window and walked off when I tried to ask about it. Skip this place and go somewhere, anywhere else
