My daughter, father, and I recently visited McDonald's, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. We waited for over an hour just to receive our food, while another customer waited 15 minutes before he was even able to place his order. During that time, the staff seemed more interested in socializing, gossiping, and speaking loudly among themselves than in serving customers. Not once did any employee greet us or acknowledge the people walking in. A simple “hello” or “how are you today?” would have gone a long way. Sadly, it feels like basic customer service has completely disappeared.someone isn’t willing to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism in this industry, perhaps they shouldn’t be in the role. Customers deserve better.

Walk in, waited 5 minutes for a cashier only to be told we MUST use the kiosk. Sorry, I'm not touching that nasty screen and I'm not doing your work for you. I don't get a discount for taking my own order or risking my health touching a nasty screen thousands of other people touched. I walked out.

I like the regular coffee and the sugar free vanilla iced coffee, but I don’t like the chicken sandwiches because they tsste much too bready, by that I mean there is so much bread around the chicken that it detracts from the tender flavor and texture of the chicken. Even worse than that, McDonald’s tends to put their awful tasting pickles on everything. When they put their pickles on a chicken sandwich, it makes it taste like fish, like a fish fillet. Always ask them to hold the pickles unless you know for sure that you like them.

Stopped in for two iced coffees on way back to NC from vacay. Would for sure not return. We ordered two iced coffees and requested whipped cream on top. Didn't get it and the second coffee was so gross my husband didn't drink it. The intercom has the preset fake voice and then a 2nd fake voice....but the real person doesn't speak for 1 minute later. Confusing. Took way longer than my local mcdoanlds.
