Awful customer service. The lady in the dark blue shirt needs to be re-trained in customer service ASAP, sadly younger employees have better customer etiquette than the lady in charge. I rather deal with a trainee employee needing time to assist me than a so called manager (probably a shift manager) that seemed like didn’t wanted to be here. They even refused to take an order at the register what a joke. Fries were cold and completely unsalted. They didn’t have ranch, napkins or diet sugar. Probably didn’t have ketchup either because we didn’t receive any even after requesting them.
