I placed a curbside order because I had my dog with me and didn’t want to leave him in the car alone while I went inside. Waited 25 minutes only to find that my order was sitting on a counter in the back the entire time. Don’t offer curbside pickup if your workers can’t be bothered to take orders to the pickup location.

Very slow service just to place my order. Waited about 5 minutes with nobody in front of me. Burger was just sloppily thrown together with a lot of the toppings off the burger. Cold fries. Customer service is horrible

11/10/24 advertised hours 5am-11pm. Came through the drive through after a closing shift at work. just wanted some nuggets got there at 10:42, no workers at speaker box or responding to drive through. checked at both windows. two cars in the employee parking. You come to work to work not to dodge customers for the last half hour of your shift. Do better.

Very rude. Tracy, the manager, needs an attitude adjustment. She seems like she micromanages and she’s also rude to customers. Customer service is also extremely slow here.

I placed an order through drive thru for 3 different meals. They forgot the chicken sandwich for one of the meals, i noticed it when I got home, but I stay close enough so it's not a problem for me to go back up there. When I get there I tell one of ladies that I'm missing a chicken sandwich she asked me what kinda of chicken sandwich. Now granted I don't eat McDonald's alot so I told her just a regular chicken sandwich she walks to the back and tells another lady quote( girl he don't even know what he ordered) end quote. Smart remarks are not need. When they gave the chicken sandwich I asked the lady in the dark blue shirt for sweet and sour sauce when she gets a chance, of course she act like she doest hear me another lady came and asked did I need anything else I told her yes sweet and sour sauce. When I get the sauce the lady in the dark blue shirt looks up and looked at the girl that gave the sauce in her eyes and smirked, for those who don't know that's rude gesture especially to do in front of a customer to the McDonald's staff if you don't like it quit

The disrespect and horrible service at this McDonald's is ridiculous. I've taken my complaints to the manager numerous times and nothing has been done. We refuse to return because of the horrible service. My last encounter is waited 10 min for my food I could see sitting in the back. Employees refused to come up front. When I finally got their attention the laughter at me and walked off. This unacceptable. Worst McDonald's in savannah.

I was just there and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal at the drive through with a Dr Pepper. When I got home I saw they gave me someone else’s order (a filet-o-fish with extra American cheese meal). I am extremely disappointed! They need to double check they are giving people the correct order before handing it to customers.
