They are very slow. It took them more than an hour to give me my order. The service was also terrible. The lady who served me was very disrespectful to me and made me wait. To finish it off, when we got home to eat the food, the fillet we had ordered was rancid and spoiled. In short, very bad service and food

Lobby closed 2.5 hours earlier than posted and cars wrapped around the building waiting for the drive through. They need to learn staffing from Chik-Fil-A. If it wasn’t for a DoorDash customer, I would have left 20 minutes ago.

The staff was horrible. All the staff huddled around talking (even the manager) no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes they just looked and turned away.

There were just a couple of cars ahead of me in the drive up, but it took literally forever to get to the window to pay. I'm not sure what was wrong, but the car in front of me wanted to pay with the phone and I guess the employee didn't know how? Any way, when I got to the pay window they were confused about the which was my order, but got it straightened out quickly. Then I pull up to the pick up window and they were also confused about which order was mine. I told them my order and the women that was putting together the orders acted like I was lying and then not too kindly demanded to see my receipt. I gave it to her and I finally received the correct order. I haven't been to a McDonalds in months and now I remember why.

This McDonalds has great staff very friendly. They will forget an item every now and then which is considered normal nowadays. Food is almost fresh every single time we order.
This place is cool the food doesn't take too long but they stay forgetting sauces. Every now and then I'll have a missing item but I will say the food always comes out great and hot and staff does a great job I'm always greeted
