Where to start.... walk up at 9:45. Doors where locked, and the place was supposed to be open.Another patron opened the door and let us in. There is two people working at this place.I've seen sloths move faster than these two people.It is apparent they do not give a crap about their job. I have worked at fast food restaurants before where there is only two employees and it was manageable.These two people are not even trying. Not to mention the numerous health code violations.Their long braids swinging into the food, dead cockroaches on the floor bare hands on the food. And let's not even talk about the attitude or how filthy this place is. I will definitely be phoned this place in along with pictures of the conditions and the dead roches on the floor. Do not eat here. Wow, I cannot wait to mcdonald's name is allowing this.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's in America. It's just sad, small and dirty. Ordered a drink and sausage burrito at the kiosk because there was quite a line at the register. The receipt didn't print, so I didn't get an order number. I let one of the people behind the counter know that the receipts were not printing, and she didn't even acknowledge me. Of course they wouldn't bring the order to a table (no table markers at the kiosk) and instead read off the order number (that I didn't have), but I figured it was mine. Same person I spoke to before, still no acknowledgement other than to hand me the bag. It was almost like she was mad at me about something. Found a seat (tiny place, fills up quick), and of course it was very dirty. At least the burrito actually seemed to have been made recently, so that was the only bright side to this place. The only way I can think to really describe this place is just depressing.

We walked here after a night out drinking at the bars. It was before the time they closed. The doors were locked with a sign saying to go to the window. So we went to the window, but nobody answered it to take our order, just looked at us. I guess they didn't want to help anymore customers for the night?

ABSOLUTE WORST place. 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a hashbrown??? And they got the order wrong.
Gross restaurant. They forgot our drinks and sauce. Fries and nuggets were inedible. Staff was not wearing gloves and talking on their phones in the kitchen area.

This was my first time being locked out of a McDonald’s at 7 p.m., a normal dinner hour. A guy standing at the door told me to order at the side window, so I walked over and saw people working inside. I knocked several times before someone finally came to take my order.
I ordered my usual Big Mac combo, but when it came to the drink, I was told there was no Coke available. That was honestly the first time I’ve ever heard of a McDonald’s with no Coke.
Overall, this was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. It really broke the image I used to have of McDonald’s as a warm and always welcoming place.
