You doordashing or ubering from this location? Dont.....they take WAYY to long to give you an order of 6pc nuggets and a small fry. I dont care how much the order is offering to pay, its not worth the 30+ minute wait time....especially after 10pm.

Very loud. Employees ignore everyone. Bathrooms are locked and they made a pregnant lady stand in line and wait forever until she eventually just left without purchasing food, because she needed to use the restroom badly.

The customer service has gotten a lot better over at this McDonalds over the last year. They are more polite and faster depending on the time of day. The last two times I have been I have been at dinner time and breakfast and both times they have been quick and friendly.

There was literally a man standing behind the counter in the kitchen wearing all black that didn't belong there talking with the employees as if he worked there and when asked to get my order he said he dont work here.. This was precisely at 9:40pm on 10/14/25 this place needs a real manager.

It took more than 15 min to get my breakfast and there was only 1 other customer in the lobby and maybe 2 people people in the drivethru. One of the employees was walking by my table over and over speaking very loud to someone on the phone.

Eat there. If you like McDonald's, you won't be disappointed with the service. Respectful. And I eat here 2 times a week. Never had a problem.

The Indian woman in 2/12/25 @ 1:22pm with no name tag and awful customer service needs to be removed from the window she charged me 32¢ for a honey mustard, granted I paid for it but instead of saying it's a fee for an additional sauce! She stated she has a food cost and I have 2 sauce in the bag so I'm" Good" , she even argued about giving me fresh fries lol like calm down in " shay" voice everyone else friendly she miserable as hell
