The works at night will have DoorDash drivers waiting more then ten min for people food that’s already paid for they will look at u and not ask if u need help have the food just sitting at the window or they don’t have anything for more then ten min by the time we get the food to the customers they will be cold

Never usually have an issue here but I got two caramel iced coffees and an ice cream cone. I received ice cream in a cup and two iced coffees with no caramel, and one with no ice and the other with so much ice I couldn't get the straw in. Not that I'm really going to stress $7 but I mean I didn't really think I asked for much. Would've expected better.

The service was polite but it was ridiculously slow inside and in drive thru. To make it worse there was someone begging for change as you passed drive thru to the first window.

Takes forever to get your food, but the cashiers are prompt at putting in the order at least, well, unless it's an hour or less 'til the lobby is closed. If it is, just use the kiosk inside or the app on your phone. Wait times probably like 10-15 minutes when ordering inside, I'm not sure about the drive through but if Uber Eats prompts are anything to go by expect it to take substantially longer than that.
I can't tell you the last time I've been to a McDonald's that didn't have a customer-facing drink machine. Ok whatever, but then they tell you that they don't do refills... The policy is clearly targeted toward the homeless people in the area, but that just gives you two strikes for the price of one; you institute policies that demonstrate callousness toward the unhoused -AND- you penalize paying customers too!? I'll find another McDonald's for my cheap, quick option, thanks...
Food was as expected.Bathroom doors have to be unlocked by staff to use.Lady that took our order wasn't pleasant one bit. We were definitely out of place there. Watcher a guy slip cash to the lady asking for a tea. Didn't stick around to see what exactly he was after.
