Just waited 30 mins with only 2 cars in front of me for some breakfast. Had to drive away because who’s going to wait ANOTHER 30 mins for a sausage egg biscuit 🙂 going to stop by the grocery store and make it myself faster than the service here. get it together, completely ridiculous.

This location used to be my go to since it’s so close to home but lately its service times have gone way up, like 20 minute waits, and its service way down. All the employees seem under the age of 21 and there does not seem to be anyone who is an actual manager available. It’s become routine to experience the staff cussing and yelling not only in the open kitchen area but in the dine in area as well. One time as the employee was bringing my late night order to the walk up window, in his hand he was clutching a swath of fried and eating them as he handed me my bag. I understand everybody’s gotta eat, but appearances!

It’s ridiculous how long y’all take to serve food in drive thru. It’s no reason people should be waiting in line over 20 minutes for a 6 piece and small fry. Instead of moving at steady paste when drive thru gets packed. Y’all rather take y’all time moving slow as hell with people food. Bad services y’all really need to do better.

Ordered drive thru a little slow but ok. Ordered two fish fillet sandwiches but Order slightly wrong the girl at the checkout window opened the bag and touched the food(fries) with her bare hands! No gloves! Then I went home and food messed with my stomach loose stools. This is the worst place I bet it's not clean and not up to health code I'm never going back.

Everyone i met from the drive thru had a bad attitude after or ordering and in the the line 18 more minutes I was giving and hamburger that was old dried out and wasn't dressed out to order couldn't take it back because I would've been late to work!

The speed of placing an order and receiving it was atrocious!!! The attitude of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. They want more pay, yet don't perform as though they deserve it.

Should be open at 6am since this is a 24 hr location; online shows it to be open, yet they rarely are. There were 3 employees inside refusing to open the restaurant or drive-thru. I had to leave, along with 4 other cars waiting in the drive-thru. Young kid we spoke with at window appeared to be high, which hey, ok, you do you, but yall still need to do your job.

Tried to pick up an uber eats order for a customer. It took a while to be acknowledged. I had to ask. The order wasn’t ready, which is fine but the manager was too busy micromanaging and pulled the employee away from making my customers order to make drinks for other orders.
Let your employees do their job and don’t get an attitude when I ask you, after ten minutes of waiting, if my order was ready.

I’ve been going to the McDonald’s on Skidaway Road in Savannah for a while, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently had issues here. For the longest time, the ice cream and frappe machines were always broken, and while they’ve recently started working, the service has not improved.

Today was the last straw. In the drive-thru, they didn’t give me a total for my order. When I handed them cash, I wasn’t given my change — the worker just said, “you’re good.” Then, the chocolate milkshake I ordered wasn’t even full, and I could see that the bottom was vanilla instead of chocolate.

On top of that, they rarely get my orders right. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this level of carelessness and lack of professionalism. I really hope this location steps up its game because right now, it’s a disappointing experience every time.
