Slowest McDonald's in the world been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and still haven't ordered. Can't drive off because I'm trapped by cars on each side

I’ve been here several times and ordered basic menu items and had to pull around and wait at least five sometimes 10 minutes and the food is awful. Mind you it’s McDonald’s, but this is the worst of the worst. I added tomato to my McChicken and it was a mealy little pickle sized tomato that looked like it came from the garbage can.

Long story short every time you go to this McDonald’s it’s the slowest moving process you will ever experience. Management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and not responsible. It takes 10 minutes just to put your order in in the drive-through while sitting there waiting on them to ask you what would you like? Then you’ll sit in line for another 30 minutes. Ugh, why do I continue to put myself through the misery of coming back here? Because my kid wants a happy meal and I live close.
This is the most mismanaged location I’ve come across. I’ve never ordered a meal that wasn’t messed up in some fashion, staff is rude and it doesn’t matter if there’s only 1 person in front of you, you best be prepared for a 30min wait.

Food was ok, but the tallest female employee gets the highest rating from me..She was amazing...it was around lunch time & she still had time for me...friendly, excellent service, patient...above and beyond 5* for her!!!

At least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got to the window and was asked if I had a mobile order. I did not. She then asked what I ordered and proceeded to punch in the order. So now I have to wait longer because the order wasn’t even placed. Once I get my food I have to wait longer to get my drink as she walked away, drink was already poured. Go to grab a couple fries as I’m pulling away and they’re luke warm. Haven’t had McDonalds in maybe a year and decided last minute to pop by cause who doesn’t love to have smoldering hot salty McDonald’s fries! Incredibly disappointed that I wasted my time and got sub par food. Almost unreal how terrible of an experience this was
