Awful experience. Where do I begin? Was ordering on the McDonald's app... But needed to use the bathroom first. This was an hour before closing. They locked the door as soon as I left the store. Trying to place the order, the app said I couldn't because they only serve until 945 pm (when they close at 11pm) so the app wouldn't let me place the order. I then went to the drive through and they said. Hold on a minute. Several more minutes later, no one. I drove to the takeout window, no one could be seen in the window. What a joke. And what a waste of time. These kind of games are common on this road it seems at other similar places. Go elsewhere if hungry....

Good lawd. 10 min wait just on drinks to be handed. 5 mins after the drinks were given and asked to move forward. Arrived 7:08. Left 7:22 Double quarter pounder - good Mcchicken - good 2 fries - warm, doesn't seem salted 2 drinks - crispy đ¤đ˝

Thereâs not a single positive thing I can say about this location. I immediately noticed the way my shoes were sticking to the floor due to spilled drinks and food all over the place that was left behind. There were only 2 tables that were semi âcleanâ. Every other table had leftover trash, food, and crumbs on it. The booths, table tops, and chairs were sticky from food, spilled sauces, and drinks. It appeared that nobody there is capable of completing simple tasks such as taking the trash out, sweeping, and wiping tables. The womenâs bathroom was also dirty, smelled bad, and had paper towels/toilet paper on the floor. Iâd HATE to see what the kitchen looks like after seeing how the restaurant is maintained.

You walk in, no one says a word to you. You cant get any help from anyone and its not even just this specific mcdonalds. You're the absolute worst company when it comes to fast food and customer service.

Go to another location! First and last time here for me. I brought my nieces here after school and the atmosphere was off right away. It's obviously a hang out for the local high school kids which is fine, but the tables and floors were filthy. They expect you to order at the kiosk even though there are employees available.

The prices have gotten higher but the sandwiches smaller? I'm confused lol ..
Slow as slow can be. No sense of urgency at all at least in the mornings. If youâre having to get to work and can swing it go somewhere else.

We waited at the driver through while 4cars ordered and we were never asked to order. When we went in they said the employee hadn't turned on her headset and the system was down so she couldn't take my order. Then the number I was given to call ownership was disconnected and not in-service. $10-15 / hr for this level of service is a rip off for the ownership and teaches nothing about work ethics.
