This place is HORRIBLE! DON'T EAT HERE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE. AND UNCARING! I brought my brother who is disabled here for lunch. I ordered the Grinch meal. My order came out wrong. They would not replace my order with the correct item. My brother does not understand why he didn't get the box and toy. I had to buy another Happy Meal to get the box and toy. Alexis should not be a manager. McDonald you need to do sensitivity training with your employees. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

Visited on 11/04/2025 at 10:33 a.m. and ordered a Spicy McCrispy Meal. It was a very disappointing experience. The sandwich bun was completely burnt, had almost no sauce, and looked old. The employee handing out the food was coughing without covering her mouth, and the cashier had a very rude attitude as if helping customers was a problem. On top of that, while I was waiting at the window, I could hear the employees talking badly about another customer who had ordered their food with special ingredients, not caring that I was right there listening. It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, as if they wanted to make customers feel unwelcome. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable returning my food because the environment felt tense and unfriendly. I am including my receipt number 1255 so the owner or manager can identify who was working at that time. This location urgently needs to improve hygiene, attitude, and customer service.

I went to this McDonald's on Saturday, the 8th of February, at about 11:30 in the morning. And the customer service was horrendous. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a chicken and it took approximately 20 minutes closer to 30 minutes for them to fill the order. They weren't apologetic. I asked about it numerous times the whole crew needs to get fired, literally.

I went through the Drive Through and simply ordered a Big Mac. The drive through was Not crowded at all but it moved very slowly. I do my best to be very cheerful when I order etc. The staff was stoically friendly, if that makes any sense. But the Big Mac was lukewarm at best and the bottom bun was very stale. I took 2 bites and put it down and went to the restaurant next door.
The staff was kind and friendly, but the place needed to be deep cleaned. Especially the men's bathroom.

It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.
Kid-friendliness: This location doesn't have a playground, but does have a small fun area for small children.
