Please and I beg you do not ever come to this McDonald’s. You will wait over 30 minutes for your order and the manager is literally yelling at the costumers telling them that if they don’t want to wait after they already paid for their food then they can leave the store and go somewhere else. Very highly unprofessional of these people. Please do an audit on this place. Absolutely disgusting

This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to I came in here with my son at 6:30 we ordered our food we did not get our food until 7:20 50 minutes for a Happy meal it was like we did not exist up front no employees would come up front and finally the lady came and when I try to ask her if my order was ready and she was the manager she said baby how do I know can't you see I got all this going on how do I know if your order is ready and walked off I couldn't cancel it on the app I would have if I could have stayed away from this McDonald's I've been here a few times before and it's been a problem every single time and of course his Burger was not plane I couldn't get anyone back to correct it and then to put his lid on his drink they had no lids but I couldn't find an employee to even give us a lid it's like you don't exist if you're in the lobby stay clear of this McDonald's by all chance there's another one a couple miles down the road

Do not come to this McDonalds, Staff is not trained to provide customer service so they will treat you like trash. They do not pay attention to what they are serving & staff specially in the morning give you bad attitude all the time, if you need help with an order specially a one from the app, they will answer they cannot help you & you will need to get solutions by yourself. If you order a frozen drink, they don’t care there’s is line, they will serve it at the time you place the order and it will seat there until it melts so at the time you get it and you ask for a new one, they will say they can’t. How I am supposed to drink a melted syrup ? They don’t care if they give you the correct order & if you don’t pay attention at the moment, you will loose your money. Recommend to invest your money in another facility where you can eat the food you want & not what they give you because of the poor work they do… How can Mc Donald’s fail in the basics? When their food sells by itself. 👎🏻🤢🤮

My family and I ordered meals with shakes when we went into store. Food came out and they told us shake machine is down. I asked a refund for the upgrade charge we paid. Got attuide and told no. Worse part the person behind us ordered shake and got hers. Do not recommend.

Not the brightest people work here. They take orders for food they don’t have. They give you your food and stare at you… it’s awkward. Then you’re missing stuff. What you have is already cold. They take another 30 mins to give you what they missed. Basically just the kind of stuff that shows management sucks. I honestly think McDonald’s should close in general. It’s like this at every branch in just about every city I have been to. This is the perfect opportunity for any investor to come in and overtake all of this. Any minor improvements are an upgrade.
