I went in today and i just could not believe how horrible the manager was to the guests!!! It was during the am hrs on 3/4/26. First several guests waited for someone to come take their order then after several minutes went by we attempted to get someones attention and we saw her. When she finally responded, she did so very angrily. In addition to the nasty attitude, she literally threw our food to us!!! When i mentioned to her that I would be reporting this to the store manager..she said so what she doesn't work here anymore and walked off! This was completely unacceptable and should be looked in to. The other staff that were there looked understaffed and were working as hard as they could...but her...horrible.

This place is a joke. No upfront customer service. Floors look like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Tables are full of nasty sticky stuff. Can’t even be disappointed, this is what McDonald’s is now.

I ran in to pick up breakfast before work, so I didn't have a whole lot of time. I didn't ooen any of my food until I had gotten to work, so I didn't get the chance to have anything fixed. I had a sausage mcgriddle meal: the sandwich was fine, the has brown was terrible (looks like it was triple fried and left out to dry, see picture), and the juice tasted like water that was told to remember what orange juice tastes like. Since I ordered at a kiosk, I didn't get a receipt, and I dont eat McDonald's enough to have the app. If you're going to eat here, make sure to check that your food is edible before leaving.
