Super slow even with a nearly empty restaurant. It’s as if they push the online orders to the bottom of the list. It took nearly 20 minutes for our orders to even show up on their board.

Yall owe me for my bacon & my extra bacon that didn't even put on my sandwich. I keep giving McDonald's chance after chance and it never fails that yall can't get an order correct. It's truly not that difficult to read a screen and look at what you're putting or not putting on a sandwich. Tired of yall corporations stealing your customers money.

I went through drive though, I was saying please thank you etc. trying to always be nice. Unfortunately the person who was doing the order on the speaker wasn’t speaking very well and was getting frustrated with me. I couldn’t understand what she was saying once in a while, she needs to say it with her chest be loud not a squeaky low voice. When she started to get upset with me she started to get a little louder and do some back talking, she’s able to speak loudly when disrespecting customers. I let it go assuming she’s just got a day I get it, I digress. Once I got to the second window I figured out it’s more than one employee acting out as such. She’s asking me if I just got fries I’m explaining no I say my order and she cuts me off and says give me your receipt. I take it out, have to unroll it from rapping it around my card and she does a physical mini tantrum. As if I’m taking way too long and I’m wasting her time. Rude employees and definitely needs retraining or managers aren’t doing their part correctly.

I got my food cold and they mistreat their workers! Terrible. A girl was visibly sick yet was forced to still work, very harsh working conditions.
My food was cold , fries were soggy! I saw roaches on the walls , floors , and inside the bathroom!! Customer service was great got my food right away but it was cold.

I'm only giving it one star because I can't give it 0 stars. The staff is poorly trained and this comes from not only a previous employee but a previous manager from a different location. I had to fight with the girl at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes trying to get my order correct where do you get a steak biscuit or steak egg and cheese biscuit out of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit like seriously. Then she proceeds to sit there and tell me she doesn't even see bacon egg and cheese biscuits on the menu well if it wasn't on the menu I surely wouldn't be asking for it. Everybody who works there always looks like they're pissed off at the world and doesn't want to be at work. I have always went to this location for years because it is close to my job the service and the people used to be amazing now I have to question my sanity when I go to this place please do something to fix it customers deserve better service. Not to mention my order was still wrong even though the receipt was correct I got one item correct out of 7 I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I order a mobile order . Got to McDonald's had to wait over 39 mins . I ask A young lady name Emonir about my order all she say ok. Didn't even go and check. She was so disrespectful and she acted like she racist . She in the wrong filled to be that way. Her demeanor and her attitude everything about her let off kinds of signals . I had to end up asking a manager. When he came by. And he went back to the acciunter and got it. It had been sitting there . Her attitude will make customers not come back.
