This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to I came in here with my son at 6:30 we ordered our food we did not get our food until 7:20 50 minutes for a Happy meal it was like we did not exist up front no employees would come up front and finally the lady came and when I try to ask her if my order was ready and she was the manager she said baby how do I know can't you see I got all this going on how do I know if your order is ready and walked off...

I want to start off saying even with the shortage staff this location was great to me and my son kavon and tameisha and the manager dee was very polite kind there customer service i rate 10 made my morning kavon was the 1 to take my order in the drive thru a smile that brightened up anyone day tamiesha was very happy its was early i have to say yall all deserved 20 stars my son loves his sausage biscuit i want to thank this crew ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨the best customer...

They NEVER answer the phone. I am at work and literally cannot leave to come ask for a refund for my frappe because the manager on duty told my boyfriend they’d have to refund me instead of swapping it for cookies or something and I still haven’t received it for my Frappe I’m not one to complain about restaurants because I work in one myself but we’ve had a few issues with this mcdonald’s and I am genuinely SO over it.
