I just wanted to commend and thank your food truck team for their hard work last night at Deer Creek for the 4th of July celebration. They faced a never-ending line and still prepared one of the best chicken & rice bowls I've ever had! We love yall's restaurant and have made several trips out to Berwick just for yall's delicious food so we were impressed when we got the same quality from your food truck!

I placed an order for a steak burrito for my husband along with some other food for myself and I ordered the steak medium. I made sure to repeat to the cashier at the bar to please make sure to tell the cook to make sure the steak is cooked medium (I repeated this twice) I got home and guess what? My husband’s steak in his burrito was over-cooked (well done). I called back to the restaurant to alert the cashier that took my order and she totally dismissed my concern by saying “oh I am extremely busy and doing a 5 person job so I forgot to tell them”. Then proceeded to say the only thing I can do is offer an apology. Well an apology is not good enough when a person has spent over $50 bucks for food! Needless to say, I will never eat here ever again! The customer service is terrible and the food has been very mediocre lately. Anyone who loves steak should never eat here because they will ruin your steak by overcooking it.

My server was very slow. We had to get her attention twice. She never offered us refills for our tea. My chicken enchilada was like chewing rubber. It was tough and I had to put the unchewable 2 bites in my napkin. Will not be going back.

The Truth
The shrimp cocktail was decent. My wife had the shrimp chimichanga it too was decent. The waitress didn’t have a clue. We helped as best possible but that’s the draw back. Communication is key and there quite frankly was none.

Their food truck came to my apartment complex. I don’t consider myself an expert on Mexican food but I know a thing or two. And no kidding. That was the best taco I’ve had since I was in San Diego. I ate mine and some of my ladies.

Went into Mexicali and ordered, not realizing that on the weekends there's no lunch prices. She assured me that the meal I was ordering would be 2 chimichanges instead of one. No fork nor napkins given with the take out Attitude unbelievable

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered the tamales, and it did not taste fresh, there was no spice to them, and absolutely no flavoring or seasoning whatsoever. Very disappointed. I won’t bother coming back.
