Salsa has no flavor, only taste like lime. Rice is crunchy and undercooked and currently contaminating my whole burrito. Please don't waste your time going here. This is worse than Taco Bell, which is basically dog food.

I had a great experience at Moes today all thanks to Gregory. I took my three youngest kids out and was having a rough day and he really made my experience wonderful. I hope he gets the much deserved praise at work because you just don’t find employees like that very often. I will be back because of him and how patient he was with my children.

Been coming here for years and now all of a sudden you guys don’t do half and half , that’s really annoying and then I got seasoned rice it’s not seasoned at all if anything it looks like white rice . Just disappointed and let down I will never come back here simply for the fact yall not doing half and half anymore specially if I’m the customer and I’m paying for it , just doesn’t make sense oh and I asked for seasoned rice not white rice .
Could have just been this location but was not happy with any of it. I would find a better place with better food.

I stopped by Moe’s on Abercorn Street in Savannah earlier this week and had a great experience. I ordered a burrito bowl, and it was made fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The food was delicious, the team was very friendly, and the manager was especially welcoming. Excellent service and great food—I’ll definitely be back!

This is a Homewrecker Burrito & a side of Queso. I thought it was a joke when I opened it. At work we order Lunch Online from Moe's at-least once or twice a week and have for the past couple of years, we've never had any complaints. The past 4-6 months it's Terrible, the service, the food, the cleanliness. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! UPDATE 8-15-25 - It somehow it has gotten worse!! Customer service is so bad, I thought I was being pranked! Save or spend your money elsewhere this place is trash!!
