Food is normally pretty good. Service quality changes depending on who's working. Sometimes the environment's really clean, and other times it looks like they haven't cleaned in hours. Overall the price is good, good variety, and free chips and salsa. Horrible!!!! Went last night me and my family. It was around 8:00 , they had no fresh rice. Everything was empty on there bar. The guy in blue shirt am assuming the manager on duty. Said they wasn't cooking any more Rice. It was only 8:00 y'all don't close until 9. I'll never go back at this location. Was not greet when we entered the doors.

The manger was very rude when I walked in. He didn’t speak when I spoke to him the meat was dry and he didn’t want to give me the right proportion like he wanted to eat the food himself.

Older building, staff were not as friendly. Customer came in screaming at staff and they started going off on each other. Burrito was good.
Placed a catering order for a corporate event and the rep delivering the order had NO CART to move the very heavy large order. It was a long walk from the parking lot to the conference room. The rep made many trips with many heavy items. The set up was beautiful and the rep was incredibly professional. It’s inexcusable to expect one person to hand carry a catering order.

Not including utensils in a delivery order is really annoying. I had a burrito bowl delivered to a hospital. Am I supposed to pretend I’m in a pie eating contest? Or Randy in a Christmas story? “Show me how the piggies eat!” I tried calling the restaurant to tell y’all how dumb you are, but you don’t answer the phone so now I have plaster in on the internet. Congratulations.

Do not, I repeat do not waste your time stopping to buy anything; especially a quesadilla! The food was overpriced and tasted horrible. I have only purchased from this restaurant 3 times ever, so I thought I’ll try something different today. Hugh mistake. Even the cashier said the food was expensive. Don’t waste your money!
