The atmosphere was amazing and the service by Shawna and butta was great customer service and the food had me licking my fingers; I love it !! Can’t wait to go back !!!!

I started coming her over a year ago. The shift that has happened is evident. The quality of the food has gone down dramatically. The portion sizes have also gotten smaller. I ordered through ubereats, they were out of most of the sides I ordered. Cool I get it sometimes things happen. When I got my food, the ribs and chicken was so little I couldn’t even believe it. Not only that there was no bbq sauce. I called to voice my complaint, the gentleman initially tried to blame it on the uber driver saying, “he said no sauce” then when I said can I come up there to get some bbq sauce he told me they were out of sauce cups. So the man literally lied. I’ve been a loyal customer, but today was my last time ever coming here again. The guy didn’t even say sorry or nothing. He acted like he could care less. I’ll be taking my money to Tricks on West Bay Street

The food was wonderful

Came in here Saturday april 5th and asked for a strawberry cake with regular strawberry cream cheese frosting and the boy at the counter said they strawberry cake had regular cream cheese frosting , the frosting was pink so I asked to make sure was it regular cream cheese frosting , he replied “yes it is, that’s just how my grandma make it”. When I got home I tasted it and noticed that the frosting did have strawberry in it

Authentic wood fired ribs and chicken. One of the best I’ve had. Will be going back for the ox tails on weekend and crab rice. Everyone inside was very friendly and all were enjoying what they were doing. The smoke wraps around the building and you know you’re not leaving without some goodness once you smell it!!! Great job!!
Parking was good at Munchies and more at gas station next door.

When it comes to your own people they don’t know how to be respectful, the owner is disrespectful and got out of character soon as I asked why is the Mac n cheese takeing 20 minutes when I was there for 10 He replied with an attitude when I was asking a question,when before I asked the question I don’t knew he was the owner until he told the whole store

Stopped here on a long drive down from Boston.
All the workers were super nice, from the lady at the counter, and guy at the register, to the cooks in the back - all were nice and welcoming.
Food’s delicious - this was my first time having southern food and it was definitely worth the hype and the pit stop on the way. I highly recommend

Let’s first start by thanking Stephanie “Butta” for her welcoming spirit and professional customer service. The food is absolutely amazing hence one of my ribs is cleaned. I’m not sure what they put in the bbq sauce but it’s like orange crack. I’m praying they can start shipping the sauce. We drive all the way from Denver to eat and each and every we are in town we WILL at minimum have munchies once a day. The smoked ribs speak for themselves the potato salad has a taste like nothing I’ve ever had baked Mac and cheese so flavorful. If you can please stop by for a plate worth every penny. Extremely reasonable for the price

Friendly staff, outstanding food! Portions are healthy sized. Ribs were tender. Mac & cheese delicious! We were looking for local BBQ and Munchies fit the bill!!

Went into this place for the first time over the weekend and I was not disappointed one bit. Everything on my plate was amazing. I tried their oxtails too which were amazingggg.

Place was awesome. Food was super delicious and the staff was so friendly. Best bbq place I've ever had.
