While the service was excellent, the menu choices were limited, they ran out of the two most popular items, and our server vet said they only had 20 available. The food was overpriced, the amount of food served was underwhelming. For a restaurant that wants you to guarantee your reservation with a credit card, it's not because it's that popular of a place or the food is that good. Hard to believe it's a rooftop bar on the river and a JW Marriott property. So many other better choices in the area and across Savannah

I made a reservation for the brunch prix fixe, and while the setting was beautiful—with great views, décor, and ambiance—the overall experience didn't quite meet expectations. Unfortunately, there were a few service missteps: When we arrived, there was an issue with our reservation and no suitable tables available except for one in the back baking in the sun, so we chose to sit at the bar instead. My entree order was initially incorrect, and by the time the right dish arrived, my partner had already finished eating. The server never provided an update nor apologized, and the hostess ended up being the one to step in to bring the correct plate. There was also a small billing error at the end, where we were charged for both plates (the initial incorrect order + my actual order) which was corrected once I pointed it out. It has a lot of potential—the atmosphere is lovely—but with more attention to service and management, the overall experience could really shine.

The tapas were mediocre. I ordered 4 different ones. The pears should be taken off the menu, they were tasteless. The scallops were small and for $26 there were 3 of them. The squash dish was good. Would only go here for the view.

Limited brunch menu including no coffee- only espresso. Food was good but not great. Service was good but our server had a really hard time understanding us. Would have been more enjoyable if the weather had been nicer but it was chilly and rainy- not a great time for a rooftop brunch but this place would be great for cocktails on a nice day.

It rained the morning of our reservation. They moved the brunch inside. I understand the need, but I do not understand how they were not ready for our brunch. It was as if it had never rained before and they had never had to make accommodations. They did nothing to even try to make up for the difference in ambiance. And stripped of the fun atmosphere, the food was basic, tasteless and completely under average. This is a major fail for a JW Marriott. Quite a dissapointnent .
Outside on rooftop. Great sitting area. Service was good. Did not eat any food. Rain came staff covered furniture. Went inside for drinks. They would not seat us in bar. Mgr tried to get us into another area. No answer. Had to leave. Went across street to The Pub. Food was good and Tristan was good server.

The food was decent; however, the lack of coffee (other than espresso) was disappointing. Our server (I believe her name is Taylor) was not friendly and rather curt with responses. One of our guests works as a restaurant manager and was highly disappointed in service. The location and ambience can't be beat- not the food, bev and service needs fine tuning.

We were all pleasantly impressed with Myrtle and Rose. This was our first visit but it will not be our last. Everything and everyone was perfect from start to finish. I love the way they package the brunch appetizers and desert. This is my new favorite Rooftop. If you have a choice, Taylor is a great server!

It was a very nice atmosphere, the greeter at the entrance was very polite and welcoming. The food was amazing. However, I was not impressed with the service. We had to request water refills, and the humidity was overwhelming. They need to incorporate more fans on the patio.
