Ni Hao Chinese Restaurant

Originally, I gave this place five stars because it was my go-to spot for Chinese food after moving here. The food is still good — that’s not the problem. The service is.

When I first started coming, there was an older gentleman at the counter who was always kind and welcoming. But the woman working the front now is honestly the reason I stopped coming. Her attitude is consistently off-putting.

The first time I interacted with her, she was on her phone, didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, and when I said hello, she just looked up annoyed and said, “Yes, what do you want?” I brushed it off then, but it’s been the same every time since.

Today I walked in, saw her, immediately felt that same energy, and walked right back out. I ended up getting food from the gas station store next door — and was treated better there than I ever am by her.

It’s a shame because the food deserves five stars, but the service has completely turned me away.

We had takeout and the people at the restaurant were very nice and had our order ready right on time. The food was very tasty and there was plenty of it. You're definitely getting what you pay for. Will be going back. The house lo mein and fried rice were fantastic. I definitely recommend them.

I don't know if it's new people, but the taste of the food has gone down tremendously. The chicken fried rice was so pale and tasteless. The egg rolls are more roll and grease than filling.

Just pure garbage food. First don’t make the mistake of eating here. They don’t know what to give you or how to give your food for dine in. The food was just terrible. Ordered the orange chicken for dine in. Sauce and very bad deep fried chicken with rice that was cooked in diesel oil was presented . Absolute jokers , wonder how they are in business. Worst part, the food just makes you feel terrible. Do your body a favor and avoid like a plague ….

I just found this place because I happened to notice it as I was finishing up with work and decided to give it a try and I am so glad I took the chance because the General Tso’s chicken is the best that I’ve have in over 10 years probably and it is head and shoulders above the quality of my normal go to Chinese restaurant. The General Tso’s is so good I will 100% be going out of my way to come back here in the very near future.

Decent for the area in terms of Chinese take out. But is slop in the realistic sense of what is food. Hits the spot after some drinks though.

THESE ARE THE BEST CRAB RANGOONS I'VE EVER HAD

Took about 10mins for hot fresh food. Absolutely so happy to finally find a place that FILLS the whole crab rangoon! Beef and broccoli was good.

Ordered house special rice(not only order)..didn't know this was the only place I ever went to that didn't have any meat in it. It's usually multiple meats everywhere else. Yeah, thanks. I'm not vegan. Go often and everytime leave a tip, prob not anymore..
