This was a birthday meal for 3 people. The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch! Everyone had a great time. We started with two bowls of mushroom bisque and the lobster thermidor. For the entree, we had two veal chops, a duck-duck-no goose, and a fish special (swordfish). All was cooked perfectly and was very tasty! We topped off the meal with salted caramel cheesecake, creme brulée, and two expresso martinis. Yum and yum! Thanks for making the evening special for all...
Read great reviews on Trip Advisor so booked. Small dining room with tables close by. Funny smell from drapes we think- old/ musty but that did not detract from very good service and better food. The mushroom soup was very good and my wife enjoyed the 1/2 lobster thermidor. For mains, my wife had the scallops and was ecstatic and I had the catch of the day, a giant piece of trout that was superbly prepared and finished. A great experience while in Savannah. Our server Jody was attentive and helpful with the menu. We started with Sazerac & Lemoncello Sprtiz cocktail. We had the Short Rib and Carolina Trout entree' which are delicious. The wine list by the glass and by the bottle was reasonable with familiar labels. Highly recommend a stop here and we will be back.
