Customer service definitely could have been way better. There is nothing wrong with saying hi to your guests. It's the little things that go a long way. The cakes are always delicious. The service is hit or miss. The cakes always hit.

Omg the best Bundt cakes Iâve ever tasted. They literally just melt in your mouth, homemade, flavorful.. heaven made! Definitely a 10/10.. đ€đ€ Not to mention the customer service is amazingggg!

The cakes are amazing as always. I usually order them on DoorDash.
It was my first time swinging after work today, around 6:00 PM. The young woman at the front came off very snippy. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted already, because she definitely wasnât giving me the chance to look, and there was no one else in there.
I really wish some establishments would stop hiring teenagers, because the customer service skills are not there.
I probably will not go inside the store to get anything anymore.

What an incredible staff! I ordered a delivery order and rather than send it DoorDash (which would not have made it to the correct floor of the hospital ordered to) the manager called and informed me she was personally delivering them for us. Above and beyond! Couldnât recommend this location more.
Used them for my wedding cake, gender reveal cake and now as a thank you gift and they go above and beyond each and every time!

We came across this vendor at the Savannah Bridge Run, and the presentation of their cakes immediately caught our eyeâthey looked absolutely amazing! We decided to purchase a variety since we had never tried their cakes before but had heard great things. Omg, they exceeded all expectations!
These cakes were unbelievably moist, melting in your mouth with every bite. The icing was just as incredibleâperfectly sweet and flavorful. My family sampled the red velvet, lemon, carrot, pumpkin spice, and strawberries and cream, and every single one was a hit.
Not only did these cakes not disappoint, but they left us wanting more. Weâre already planning to look up their locations to visit in person. Highly recommend checking them out if you ever get the chance!

Great customer service, however the cake is dry and tastes old. This locationâs quality has gone down. Iâve been coming here for years and I remember the cake to be moist with adequate frosting. The bundlet I received today had sparse icing and again, the cake was dry.

Usually always delicious my most recent experience the chocolate Bundt cake had very little to no chocolate chips inside the cake. That was my favorite partâŠ
My husband and I enjoy getting Nothing Bundt cake from time to time. This was our first time at this location and probably my last because there was a long piece of hair in the middle of my cake!!! The piece of hair was red which makes me think it was obviously cooked in considering this was a red velvet cake⊠unless their was someone with bright red hair in the kitchen. So disgustingâŠ

Their cakes have always been the absolute best! We buy our birthday cakes from here for the whole family and it's always something we look forward to. All the employees are always super sweet and the store is clean and inviting. We have yet to try a flavor that we haven't liked. You simply can't go wrong with anything that's purchased here!

I absolutely LOVE nothing Bundt cakes so I was thrilled to see one when I was visiting from out of state! The associates were very kind and helpful but OH my gosh, when I stuck my fork in the cake I immediately knew something was off. The cake was stiff, dry and crumbly. I havenât ever experienced my nothing Bundt cake to be anything other than perfect so I was REALLY bummed out. Maybe they were old or it was just a bad batch?! Needless to say when I got back home to Florida I immediately ran to my local store to get my fix haha. Customer service was great though! :)
