Everything was tasty except a rib I had. It was very tough for smoked ribs. Overcooked and dried out but it was only one bone the other 2 were fine so 4 stars

waitress are very rude nasty attitudes the place is disgusting and i will be calling the board of health . i wasn’t aware that i was suppose to have my receipt cause im from out of town and the waitress was upset ! I feel like if you’re working in a “public job why choose to be upset with people that come in to spend their hard earned money …. while i’m paying my hard work money to keep you at work i give it 0/1000 i know writing this comment not going to change anything im satisfied with just not recommending this place to anyone . to make it worst people that live there also said “ it wouldn’t even been a choice and the food is nasty “

Great value and even better service. Elva was a gem. She treated our toddler so special and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Went there to the Stephenson Avenue location at noon/lunchtime today. I had carry-out, the chicken was the only thing that was good. The collard greens were tough and unappealing and not tasty. The field peas were not fresh peas serving- they were old food from another day/time. The Lima beans were not tasty, instead they tasted like the pot was scorched and the beans tasted burnt. Don’t forget the bathrooms there are always filthy- Poop all over the seats, floor was gross and the smell!... omg. I could not use that smelly bathroom. Even the parking lot smelled horrible because of the dumpsters and trash everywhere. Will never go back to this one ever- I wasted money.

Went for a Medicare meeting. My husband and i told the cashier we were there for a meeting. She didn't know anything said she would be right back with someone. Think the lady was a front manager and we told her the same thing she looked past my husband and I to the lady behind us, and was talking to her, Completely ignoring that we were standing there or had spoken to her. And then told that lady to come this way, so we followed behind her. Very BLATANTLY ignored us. Food was decent for a buffet. Very good bbq pulled pork.

The food was just ok. The waitress was very friendly and sweet. BUT it was so unclean, it turned by stomach to eat there. My daughter and I stopped to use the restroom before leaving and I almost threw up. Poop all over the seats, floor was gross and the smell!... omg. We just held it and drove to a gas station to use the restroom. Even the parking lot smelled horrible because of the dumpsters and trash everywhere. We've been to a different location that was amazing. Will never go back to this one

My mother and I went to Monday August 4, 2025 around 5:00 PM, we usually enjoy the food, but was very disappointed, they had not even freshen up the food on the buffet for the evening! The mash potatoes were almost empty and what was left look like it had been there all day, Mac & Cheese dish had very little in it, was not appealing, We can’t eat a lot of the veggies cause they spoiled them by putting pork it in. The bar should have had fresh food on it but looked like it had been there all day and when you pay out &38.00 for meals you want fresh food, not food that been there all day looking like it been there a week and even they put fresh fried chickenit was not even hot! Very disappointed in this trip!
The staff if you ask a question, they not at all friendly or caring about the customers needs.
We had a very friendly waitress and she was doing a great job, taking care of a lot customers! I don’t why Ole Time can’t have a couple of days where they don’t put pork in every vegetable, cause everybody don’t eat pork! You are taking away from the good taste putting that in everything!

First time ever going there. Food was delicious and plentiful. Waitress was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I use a rolling walker, and was with a we were a family of 7 with a baby, she opened an area to accommodate me that would allow me access to buffet without any restrictions.

Ran out of silverware, ran out of food, dining room was warm and not cool, food was not labor, hardly any kid friendly options, ice cream machine broken, place was a little messy and dirty, outside in the parking area was dirty and smelled bad walking up to the restaurant, they eventually replenished silverware and food, server was nice and friendly and attentive. Overall, would not recommend.
