the portions were HUGE!
The owner kim is she's rude to her customers and called us the n word under her breath when ordering food when they were short staffed one day. You will never see any of my money again
Outstanding. Apple pancake good as ever, with 40+ years eating that particular entree at many of their locations. Will be a faithful customer as long as they continue!
This place is your average breakfast restaurant. It's seen better days, im sure, as it was old and worn but served its purpose. We had pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, and tea. Nothing worth bragging about, but it was good, and the place was clean enough in the dining area despite its outdated appeal. It was nice to see the local firemen supporting this establishment with their smiling faces ready for a quick eat as well. The service was friendly, quick, and welcoming, even after the place started getting busier.
Wheelchair accessibility: Large enough space between the booths for a scooter or wheelchair. Disability park I ng up front.

Expensive for a pancake house, but the food was really, really good. The coffee was 3.50, but wow, was it good. Like, almost shockingly good for a pancake house. Pancakes were excellent, Reubens were excellent, and the potatoes, although uniquely seasoned (I didnt like thm at first) got better with every bite. They potatoes are very savory and the flavor hits that umami spot just right.
I think we spent 75 bucks altogether, which hurts my feelings for a pancake house, but got dangit it the food was delicious.
25 minute wait on a Saturday morning with a soccer tournament down the road so nothing outrageous. Our waitress Jolie was excellent and very attentive even with how busy they were. Breakfast was good, I went basic with eggs, sausage and pancakes. Kids had bacon and waffles and husband tried the shrimp and grits which he loved. Coffee was good and they have dutch babies which I would've tried but they apparently take 45 minutes to make so I had to pass.

Our waitress was sweet. The food is absolute garbage and I eat out all the time. I am extremely disappointed.

Do not eat here until you first make sure the bathroom is clean. I've eaten at this restaurant several times over the years as I used to be local. And I've taken friends and family as well as recommended it for vacationing friends.
Our table was too wet to sit down at. I had to ask if the restaurant could wipe down the table as I didn't have my usual pile of paper towels in my purse. The hostess offered to help. But before she could help us she almost slipped and fell down from the unmarked large puddle of water on the floor. Our hostess was wearing thick rubber soles shoes!
My food was OK but my dining companion had a dry waffle. My omelet custom bakes for 15 minutes so I don't know if they left his waffle under the heat lamp.
But the biggest issue was the ladies bathroom. I have lived nearby on and off since 2007. I visit Savannah at least once a year which I'm not local. I routinely dine at this restaurant and had previously highly recommended it.
The ladies sink had an aged caked sheet of dirt all over it. The type of dirt that doesn't happen overnight, by accident or from one messy customer. It looked like someone on staff had previously taken a stab at cleaning it but gave up. This needs industrial solvent to clean.
It highly makes me question how clean is the kitchen and wonder how the establishment passed a health inspection.
Signed. Disappointed Long Term Customer
P.S. No photo of the sink as i didn't bring my phone and purse into the bathroom.

Loved coming here but as of late they seem to have an issue with tracking their inventory… the last 3 times I came here they were out of potatoes and failed to tell me until right before my order came out. Except for the last time ( today) I thought overheard her tell someone else they were out of potatoes before I ordered but they could offer applesauce and a list of other items, but my sister thought they said the opposite. I placed my order and my server did not mention anything about potatoes when I ordered them so I thought the coast was clear. Of course right before my food comes out the server ( the same one who told the other lady they were out right before her food came out) tells me they are out. Why wait until the last minute to tell someone that? Why not just stop me as I’m ordering it and end it there? That’s honestly why it’s so frustrating. I also drive 30 minutes out to come here specifically for the potatoes (I know lol) so that adds insult to injury. I guess my point is just be upfront, and order the stuff you guys need!
I was blessed to have Dominique as my server on a busy morning. She was perhaps the best server I have ever had. Her demeanor was not only professional, but her positive attitude and friendly interactions is something rarely seen. Thank you Dominique!!!
