Our service was poor. Server brought bread very late, it was stale, and then said he would bring our entree immediately after. I asked him to please hold off to give us time to enjoy bread which took too long. I added chicken to my salad which was a mistake. It tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week. A very disappointing dinner.
Best breakfast in Savannah. We spent 8 days in Hilton Head and Savannah. Waited until the last morning to enjoy this lovely breakfast venue.
Undercooked focaccia and pizzas. Very light on sauce for pasta. Caprese and fries were good. I wouldn't go back.
There weren't too many people dining when we arrived. Given that the restaurant is an Italian restaurant, I was disappointed that there wasn't a larger wine selection from the Italy region (none by the glass and only a few bottles from Italy region). Lastly, we were about to order dessert only to be informed that the kitchen had already closed. Our server did not inform us about last call or ask if we wanted to place our dessert order before the kitchen closed.
Overall the food and service were good considering we were a party of 9. We did sit in what must be a hotel conference room with another large party so not very intimate but was quiet allowing us to carry on conversations easily. Peter was a great server, very attentive and personable. The menu was somewhat limited but the food was good. We went back the following morning and breakfast was very good with many more breakfast options. Shakeeria gave us outstanding service!
Our server was very attentive, even letting us know when she had to run a pizza up for a delivery and that her coworker would check on us if we needed anything. The food came out super fast and was amazing even though they had a large catered party outide as well. We were blown away by the excellent service! We will definitely be back when in town again! Our biggest concern was the noise level in the restaurant. We were originally seated by a large party of women and it was extremely loud...the hostess was kind enough to seat us on the opposite end of the restaurant in a corner booth which was much better. The large party left shortly after we were seated and we had a wonderful meal. My husband was also glad they had the oyster stout beer on tap..a big win as many restaurants don't carry dark beer. The peach salad is a must and the risotto was excellent!
The flounder was soaked in raw onions and red sauce on a soggy piece of bread. The baked ricotta came with one slice of bread.. The bartender was not very professional. All in all not a good experience .

We came in for brunch on a Saturday morning! While our server was very sweet, she was the only one covering at least 15 full tables. Took us roughly 40 minutes to order food and another 40 minutes to get our food and it was okay. No bartender, so all drinks were a guess. Overall, not enough people for the amount of people there. I don't think we'll be back.
Our service was outstanding! The bathroom was hard to get to, being serviced during dinner, but nice otherwise. The food was delish! Thank you!
Nice place convenient to the hotel. Service was very good. shrimp scampi was good but could use more salt. Enjoyed it.

We booked at this restaurant based upon information that this website provided us. It was described as and all you can eat brunch style and you could add bottomless mimosas for $15. When we arrived, they were confused about the all you could eat brunch. It was order off the menu, the mimosas or far & few between. I would not go back to this restaurant.
We had a lovely Easter Brunch at Pacci. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous. The golden egg hunt in the hotel courtyard was an extra sweet surprise for the kiddos. Can't wait to go back and try it for dinner!
Average at best , service was ok but slow - food was below par for pricing. Very quiet with lack of atmosphere
Pasta and meatballs did not have much flavor, pizza was well done on bottom. There only seemed to be one waiter and he was overwhelmed.
This was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel restaurant. Purgatory Eggs were sensational!
