I'm highly disappointed in this place. I spoken to managers several times. In reference of the errors that are going on with my orders. Along with the fact that the mushroom chicken always tastes scorch and burned.
Request for white rice and end up getting fried rice.
I will ask for honey sesame seed chicken to get orange chicken.
I know that people make arrows but for this to be a consistent issue they will no longer get my money.

Ordered from this Panda through the App, it redirected my order to a door dash driver. The driver arrived, dropped my food on the ground outside my home, only for me to find that they ate half my food and stole a third of it. Contacted the Panda it came from and got connected to the manager, who basically told me they don’t do refunds through door dash (I explained it was through the panda app). I tried explaining it slower and after repeating myself several times the manager finally started to understand what I was saying, and decided to tell me they aren’t going to refund it. Waited a whole hour for that, just to tell my pregnant wife that I’m going to have to just go to some other Chinese place at 8pm to find something (she’s due tomorrow). Literally probably the closest thing to a Panda Express nightmare I have ever seen lmao, definitely avoid this Panda Express and the psycho who manages this place.

My friend suggested that I try this restaurant so I went there today for lunch, ordered the beef and broccoli. Well….. they gave me 41/2 pieces of beef, tons of broccoli, no gravy, very dry rice and ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!!??????????

Faith had a beautiful smile and was so kind! The food was served carefully and satisfactorily, and it was the best of all the panda express I've been to. The cashier was also very friendly! I think I'll come back to this clean and friendly spot!

First of all, I love, love… LOVE a customer driven manager who isn’t confrontational and just solves the problem. I didn’t feel like my bowl was fresh so I drove back through the drive through and the manager Jamar listened to my concerns and offered to remake my food fresh.
When he came out all of the sauces I requested were in the bag, my chopsticks, a fresh bowl and a complementary entree for the inconvenience.
Jamar gave me one of the best manager interactions I’ve had in Savannah and I just want to say thank you for being so great!!!!

I chose this for a healthy chlice with bowl deal and ended up ordering broccoli side so it was $13.59 - cheaper was to do it is os a plate. One thing I wish Panda would do is cut off the fat and chop the grilled chicken more, especially if you're dining out. The broccoli side was al dente (perfect) and came with cabbage & a cooked green of some kind. Plenty to eat. The rice was not sticky kind of hard and un tasty but rice. The staff is friendly and restaurant clean.

I'm not going back to this place. I had maybe about 4 pieces of meat in the dbl order of the pepper steak, and so did my friend. I would have rather eaten my foot than this meal. I read in the comments that others had this problem, but I thought, let me see. Let's just say I've learned and will never grace their establishment with my presence. You guys should just choose the doors.
