First of all the lady who took our order was irritated with everyone, she complained to everyone she “had a headache” and when i asked her for what comes on a sandwhich she said “ughhhh” barley whispered and then rudely said “it tells you everything up there” and rolled her eyes. second the chicken in the soup WAS PINK AND RED!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! my children were eating it !!!! i had to take it away from them. Third when i asked the lady who handed me my food if “i could please have an extra bowl” she annoyingly handed me a paper bowl. i said “oh im sorry can i please get a regular one it’s for my kid…” and before i could even finish my sentence and laugh about it she THREW the bowl onto the counter rolled her eyes signed and walked away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE FOOD my chicken bacon rancher had BARLEY any chicken on it and IT WAS COLD!!!!!!

Stopped in after shopping and got a sandwich and salad The staff was very nice explaining the menu items. Food was ready in 5 minutes and was so fresh and prepared perfectly. The taste was scrumptious and I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.👍

All of the employees have no hair covering. Long hair that's woven into your head is more likely to fall out. Facial piercings all over their faces. Piercings are a health code violation when handling food products. It's disgusting!!!! Employees are in their phones while working the line. Phones are very nasty and do not need to be anywhere near food products. The bread bowl came out cold. The lady at the register acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we were asking questions. Overall bad experience. Will never eat here again.

You should try the new steak bagel sandwich it was really really good full of flavor the steak was tender and seasoned perfectly Everything was a overall 10.
Everyone was so friendly and happy and any more these days it's hard to find everybody happy in one establishment but today was a very pleasant experience I haven't been here in a while but I definitely will be back.

Corporate needs to look at this store. The food was Panera quality. As soon as the order taker got off of her phone call she took out order. There was water leaking out of the order desk. Not sure where it was coming from. Floor was sticky. Not one worker in a good mood. Corporate needs to look at this store. Definitely not Panera standards.
We are here to get some food before we go the airport back to the west coast on the way in my wife almost slip walking in the again on the way out then I ask the cashier to address the matter and just said oh and okay in my way out my dauther saw her with a smerk smile..

Waited for 10 mins for use of kiosk because the on plane view of everyone, we made eye contact multiple times and still never asked my order as I was waiting to place my literal order I guess they think the new kiosk makes it so they don't have to do anything at the front while under camera. Panera has always been super friendly but I felt outa place for the first time ever there due to the person at the registers no care attitude
