Food was great but pls clean the ceiling vents and replace some of the acoustical tiles... Gross
I ordered desserts to go ($37 for 3 brownies, 3 pumpkin sugar cookies, 3 chocolate chip cookies and 1 kitchen sink cookie) and didn’t receive the 3 chocolate chip cookies ($10) No one is answering the phone and I’m not able to run back up there. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Best location I've ever been to. The workers were so kind. A young man named Kian helped me get my order and he was so kind. First time coming to this location, I will definitely be back!

Ordered two bread bowls, the girl at the counter, with the most nonchalant and condescending attitude told me they are out of bread…. At 7pm!!!! You have bread in the company name!

Service was good and some was the food. Prices have gone up. Cashier did not ask for options such as apple or chips.

Terrible service. They couldn’t find my order and said they couldn’t check by order number. I stood there for almost 30 minutes and left without my lunch. I called the 800 number, they refunded my order, and explained the store should have checked it using my phone number. Very disappointing experience. Panera Bread isn’t what it used to be.

I stopped by and got an order, our order was around 73 dollars. I tried paying with card but It was blocked for some reason, I then payed with 100 and they said they dont take it. I then payed with 50,20 and a three and procceeds to say they dont take bills over 20. Money is Money, very dissappointed because I was even trying to pay the exact amount.

My go-to place in Savannah or Pooler. The people, the food, and the service are all fabulous at both. Paneras. I give it five stars

Steve, the manager, went above and beyond to make our team training a success. He accepted a large last-minute order for our group, and everything was ready right on time. The food was delicious, and the service outstanding. Thank you, Steve, for making the experience seamless and worthwhile!

Stopped by this panera on our way out of Savannah. The woman making the food was so rude! The wait for the food was super long. I dont think she likes her job at all. The place was not busy. We waited over 30 mins for our food

I had a chocolate croissant, it was hard, tough and dry.
I think it was frozen, like right out the freezer.
