Ordered online and waited for more 30 mins, I asked about my order and they said they can’t “see” it, finally I talked to the manager and suddenly it showed up. I was late already so they refunded my order, I didn’t get to eat anything for my lunch break. I am angry.

Panera is always a great options for breakfast. We love it! At this location we had a great service and the food was delicious specially the chocolate chip muffes. They have the best Asiago bread I’ve ever eaten. Also, they have the best server (cashier) helping people. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he has an amazing mood!

I opted for egg whites and extra white cheddar cheese. Plus the advertised photo shows at least 4 slices of avocado...and this is how it came. Not to mention, I had to call the restaurant 3 times before someone answered the phone because my delivery was 10 minutes late and then I had to walk to meet them because they were in the wrong spot. Food was cold when I finally got it.

How delicious it is to eat at this place. Good service, fast and their soups are excellent... and the salads are on another level, I recommend the Pick 2 Wow!!!!!

Poor and Disappointing service!! Experienced really bad service, saw some employees not following sanitary practices, management didn’t care when notified. Would never go here again!

I got the Spicy chicken dipper... Not very much chicken on the sandwich.
I really enjoy their food, but when I walked in, most all of them were on their phones & I only saw one girl wearing gloves to make the food. It was pretty gross ☹️
I get my breakfast here pretty regularly .. it's always hot and delicious. The staff is usually pleasant as well... My only problem with this Panera location is that the mens restroom is consistently a nasty place and I question if it's safe to even use it... I get that the urinal is a flush-less model, but it's like a gas station bathroom, putrid!
The steak and cheese was pretty darn good!
