“I had an issue with a decently complicated pizza. The manager and employee that answer the phone this afternoon - whose names i did not catch - were both helpful in explaining the credit process and providing a replacement pizza!! I went a night both days, and the staff was quick to greet me on both occasions, as well as quick and courteous. thank you for your help :3!!!“

Above and Beyond Customer Service – Thank You, Loretta!
I hadn’t planned on writing a review today, but Loretta at Papa John’s truly deserves to be celebrated! Her customer service is nothing short of exceptional, and she brings a warmth and joy that makes you feel like more than just a customer.
The first time I met Loretta was a couple of months ago when I was planning my daughter-in-law’s bridal shower. I needed the pizza delivered directly to the rec room, and Loretta took the time—right then and there—to call the delivery driver scheduled for that day and confirm they’d come inside the building. She went out of her way just to ease my mind during a hectic time, and it made a huge difference.
Fast forward to today, I walked in again and was greeted with a smile and the words, “We got more weddings coming up?” I couldn’t believe she remembered me! I smiled so big and even asked if I could give her a hug, which made us both laugh. That’s the kind of genuine connection you don’t come across often.
Loretta is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. Her kind spirit, attention to detail, and radiant smile make every experience feel personal and special. I truly hope Papa John’s recognizes what a gem they have in her. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. 💛“

Tastes better than Pizza Hut or Little Caesars too . Still a little expensive though, but for fast food pizza its pretty good.“

I ordered my food at 1:48p, received a text 2:29p that it was in the way and the pizza never arrived. I've been in hold with the store for 37 minutes. The call just keeps cycling.“
