Have ordered two delivery’s this evening for gluten free pizza. Both times have received regular pizza and cannot eat. Have called nonstop for last 30 minutes, and ‘disconnects’ at random. Need full refund (not just uber eats cost of food, need deliver refunded etc) as 100% fault of restaurant. Please contact me!

I hadn’t planned on writing a review today, but Loretta at Papa John’s truly deserves to be celebrated! Her customer service is nothing short of exceptional, and she brings a warmth and joy that makes you feel like more than just a customer.
The first time I met Loretta was a couple of months ago when I was planning my daughter-in-law’s bridal shower. I needed the pizza delivered directly to the rec room, and Loretta took the time—right then and there—to call the delivery driver scheduled for that day and confirm they’d come inside the building. She went out of her way just to ease my mind during a hectic time, and it made a huge difference.
Fast forward to today, I walked in again and was greeted with a smile and the words, “We got more weddings coming up?” I couldn’t believe she remembered me! I smiled so big and even asked if I could give her a hug, which made us both laugh. That’s the kind of genuine connection you don’t come across often.
Loretta is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. Her kind spirit, attention to detail, and radiant smile make every experience feel personal and special. I truly hope Papa John’s recognizes what a gem they have in her. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. 💛

Was extremely disappointed with the customer service from this store. Been going to this location for a while now and I was disgusted by the disrespect and racism of one of the employees here. I will never return to this location again unless they fire the employee who disrespected and racially abused me.

Every single time I order from this restaurant I have the absolute WORST experience. I wish I could rate lower!!! This is my third time ordering from this restaurant and every single time I have had an issue with getting my food. And I also notice that they never answer their phones. The first time apparently the dasher ran off with my order, the second I got my order after paying IN FULL for it all over again. And waiting nearly two weeks to be refunded for the first order and now tonight. My order was made and accepted by the restaurant, I get a notification saying that it was cancelled for a dasher issue. I reorder and wait over an hour for my order to get to me. I get reassigned a new dasher who tells me that they don't have the stuffed crust and when I hold them I could do without the stuffed crust I get a new dasher who tells me that they REFUSE to remake my order even though they know i never received it. This was my final straw. I will NEVER order from Thai restaurant again. I ordered two hours ago now everything is closed and I can't get anything else to eat.

Made an error on an online order, had to contact store to change address. I called 10 times in 30 mins to have the address changed and all calls were not answered. Had to contact the door dash drivers to tell them to return the order to the store and to answer their phone. Had to contact corporate to get order cancelled 1 hour after ordering.
