They can never follow directions properly every time I order here something is always wrong with my food. It is not that hard to read a screen and order a pizza my nephew can follow directions and make pizza better than these people.

Never received my food. Delivery driver hung up on me when I called to help him locate me. Then called store and they also hung up on me because they were “clocking out”. Some guy out there is eating my pizza after 2 hours of waiting for it.

Ordered 1 pizza. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, 1 hour after delivery estimate, I called the location. After being hung up on before anyone spoke, I called again for the manager, the woman who answered was rude and unbothered. She proceeded to tell me that it would be 2 hours. I asked if she meant 2 hours from now, she responded rudely confirming another two hour wait (past closing time). Extremely rude and slow. Do not order from this location. Choose another

It's crappy attention like someone coming to ask if someone is coming to buy, the guy yelling at the customer and the pizza reluctantly handing it over.
It seems like the employees are not concerned about hygiene. They are handling food with no gloves after handling the cash register, money, and their phones. Employees were also vaping while working. Food was OK, but we found a STAPLE in our pizza. Not coming back.

This is the worst place to ever spend your money. The workers are sorry, rude and careless. I’ve attempted to order online on 3 different occasions and have yet to receive my order. Plus I leave a note for the driver every time but the person I spoke with on the phone lied about my address not being correct and also stated that there wasn’t a note on the deliveries. This place is bottom of the barrel. They need New Staff front to back..My thing is if you don’t like what you do then do better point blank period. They are sad

Please tell your delivery drivers to look before telling me I need to tip them. The woman we had was so ugly to us, and after I tipped online said we needed to tip her because it would be nice..I've never in my life had someone ask for a tip especially after I already did it online lol I've been a server for 10 years and haven't ever asked someone for a tip especially if I was rude and took forever with my customers things.

This place is the WORST!!! Every time I order online they forget something! This has been the 5 th time in a row that I did not receive the extra sauces I PAID for! So this time to make sure that they remembered them, I tried to call the store to just ask them to double check before they sent it out. However, after the 10th time they finally answered and after I explained the situation the woman just told me to have a nice day and hung up on me! All she had to say was something like, “yes sir, I’ll do my best to ensure that your order is sent out correctly,” or something along those lines! Never ordering from this store again! Probably won’t even order Papa John’s period!

Disgusting! Disgusting! absolutely disgusting! The guy up front was so rude and nasty. When I came in he didn’t even greet me. My issue was I called to order my pizza and they told me it was $21 I get here and the guy has an attitude and tells me it’s $26. I asked how if on the phone y’all stated it was $21? He proceeded to say that it was the call center which I understand but why would I hear one thing on the phone and another once I get here? like get it together! then he touched the pizza with dirty hands. His finger tips had black dirt under it didn’t wear any gloves. I watched him wash his hands for 3 seconds..So disgusting. I’ll never eat here again or give them money ever again. 0/10 I recommend Pizza Hut or hell even dominoes!
