This hasn't been the first mishap. But tonight, just pitiful. Ordered 3 pizzas. Extra cheese pizza, pepperoni, and a sausage. The sausage just looks like it was thrown together, hardly any cheese and barely any sauce. Just very dry. The extra cheese pizza...nonexistent. The manager was apologetic and made things right. But this hasn't been the first and I would stop ordering from this location but my kids like PJ pizza.

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic knots that said they’d be ready between 10:10-10:20. At 10:10 we got a message saying it was ready for pickup. We were running late and got to the store at 10:35 and they had not even started making the food.(that’s 25 minutes AFTER we were told it was ready) There was only one worker in the store blaring music and he completely ignored me for 10 minutes until my friend came to check on me and he finally acknowledged us. This made us late to an important event and was absolutely terrible customer service. We will not be back. This is not the only bad experience we’ve had with this papa John’s location.

There was a large size frumpled young lady that told me she needed exact amount for my $16.25 pizza purchase. I told her I didn’t know that and all I had was a $20 it concerned me because I have seen someone steal before when they needed it exact change. She then took the pizza and continued to say she needed exact amount for the food. Then I asked her how was I supposed to know that, she said because she just told me and I asked her what did she say she said, because I just told you. She was extremely disgusting and nasty and took my pizza and shelved it and walked off. I walked to jimmy johns and got change and came back. Her attitude was still rotten even then. In order pizza a few times a week but this was my first time experiencing this kind of disgusting rude manner. Please train your employees not to be disrespectful disgusting and distasteful.

This store is unprofessional and unhygienic. Loud music, employees clowning around instead of working, and poor service every visit. I even saw a worker dancing in the kitchen with no gloves. The owner needs to step in, hire better staff, and take these reviews seriously.

I'm a fan of Papa John's, but this one in particular is terrible, especially because of the staff. They should fire a girl who works there who is customer-facing.
