The pizza had no taste to it .It also as cold .the wings way to much sauce .I should of got money back .they need to step there game up

The pizza was cold when it arrived. It didn't have a sticker or anything to prevent the driver from opening the box. I called the store to inquire about safety precautions and D.J. said he wouldn't have ordered for delivery if there was a concern about safety precautions.Thanks D.J., if I wasn't sick I could have picked up the pizza. What a poor response to a customer's concerns!

Came to this location for business purposes and was greeted with a “they can wait”. Lauren was very rude and told us to leave, the other guy on shift was very nice and professional. I understand the short-staffed situation but it could have been handled a lot better.

Ordered the calzone style pizza advertised on the website. It's a one topping pizza and I added sausage. So why did I not get the pepperoni?! It just had sausage. The pizza was delicious and the cheese sticks were phenomenal but I wanted the pepperoni on the pizza too.

The order was placed at 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening. The pizza was supposed to be done at 6:36. It was done at 7:37. They were very understaffed, but working hard. When the manager walked in, his first solution was to yell at an employee who I watched make pizza's quickly for 45 minutes.

As far as the atmosphere I wouldn’t know, because we generally order through the app or door dash. Every time we get our food it’s always undercooked, and cold yet we continue to give this company our business. My husband placed an order on the app, and I called the location multiple times trying to speak to someone because we needed to add something. No one answered after trying for over 15 minutes. I ended up placing the order from door dash .. and he placed his order from the app directly. I wish we could get compensated some way for this double order.

Abercorn Street PJ, worst pizza I have ever received. Crust was overcooked and snapped like a pretzel. No return response when a complaint was sent.
I just left. They were extremely busy; however, everyone was working so well under pressure and I had to say keep up the great work. Highly recommended.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! I used to order from this store a lot, but I stopped about a year ago after they delivered my order to the wrong address. Today, I decided that it really wasn't that big of a deal, and so I ordered from this store again. I even gave a 10 dollar tip. In return, I got only half of my order, and my pizza was all smushed, and the icing on the cake, whoever made it did that thing from the youtube videos where they cut a strip of pizza out of the middle so they can eat it, and then push the rest together to "make it look like nothing happened". Absolutely unbelievable that this store is still open.

Ordered a pizza from them they used door dash my pizza never arrived I called 3 times and was told they used a damn door dash driver when I'm directly across the street at the red roof in finally I spoke to a damn manager who lied to me said she voided the charges and they will be giving me the pizza for free don't trust this papa johns
