I went to the Parker’s Kitchen on Husk Way Grovetown and it took 30 minutes to get my food. There was no one at the registers and they were rude. They said it would be a minute and a minute turn into 30 minutes. For the price the paid , it wasn’t worth it!!

store #117 was great until 2 days ago when Corp decided to Let Ms Moe Proctor / store manager go for helping out a coworker. she knew all her customers by first name, always helping her coworkers with positive words, she generally cared & did a GREAT JOB. I will not spend another dollar there until Parkers makes this right and brings back Ms. Moe Proctor....Yall should be ashamed.....ck your Google reviews she had lots of compliments!

The Parkers in Summerville SC. make their employees work with Covid and the Flu, spreading to to other employees and customers. If the employees refuses to work then they write them up or fires them.

Parker’s is advertising $2.39 for club members. My husband didn’t notice that the price he paid was $2.99 for gas. That was after he put his loyalty number in.

These people are joke ! I absolutely LOVED my job at parkers and worked extremely hard to get my job at parkers. unfortunately it was short lived though because unfortunately I ended up being a victim of discrimination. I never got to tell my side of things because they wouldn't even give me the time of day. They went based on what the store leader and one of the assistant managers told them and that was it. They also wrongfully terminated me. Thank you parkers for making my life a living hell.

Don't recommend dirty kitchen toxic workers. bad management food always usually left out longer than it should be, especially at night. just go to a different store
Every time we stop hete the cashiers are on their phones don't speak or greet customers and the bathrooms are always nasty never clean. I have never walked into a parkers restroom and found a used tampon on the floor until now. Won't be coming back to this store.

Their loyalty program asks for your drivers license number, birthdate and last 4 of your SS. Are you people for real. I’m not applying for a loan! I won’t be a loyalty customer.

You gotta be a member to get the same price of stuff down the road. It's BS! So if you're not a member, you are getting charged more. My drinks said 2 for $6.50. same price at Chevron! I get to the register and they came up to $8! So I had to pay an extra $1.50. this place is worst then a good gas station on prices

Yikes. I used to be an advocate of Parker's Kitchen, but this is just not good. First of all, I was the ONLY customer ordering food from the kitchen. I ordered only items that were already prepared on the buffet server, so the kitchen staff only had to scoop it onto a Styrofoam 'to-go' plate. It took ten minutes for the person to do that. When I got back to work and opened it up, I found about 1/2 ounce of sauce (see image) in each of the TWO sauce containers that I ordered AND paid for! How is one ounce of Parker's sauce worth $1.25? I'm afraid this is just lousy service and lazy management.
