Our first time dining at Paula Deen's Creek House Seafood & Grill, everything was great. We had incredible service from Jae, the Loaded Potato Cracklings were incredible. My wife ordered the Seafood Combo & loved it, I thoroughly enjoyed the Blackened Steak Pasta. Since we enjoyed our dinner Sunday night so much, we returned for dinner again Monday night. Our server Brittany was excellent, we enjoyed the Loaded Potato Cracklings again, my wife enjoyed the Scallops Pomodori & I ordered the Blackjack Salmon, which comes with jasmine rice & broccoli. The broccoli was great, as well as the rice, but I could tell right away that the salmon was not done. I cut into the center & it was completely raw. I was hoping the rest of it was better, I took a small bite out of the side & it was warm, but not hot. Our server took it back & they prepared me a new one. The manager brought me the new one & had me cut into it, it was better but still had parts that were fairly rare. I accepted it, but already knew I wouldn't eat it. I ate the broccoli & rice, asked for a takeout box & paid. I disposed of the food when we got back to our hotel. The manager mentioned that they cook that particular salmon dish medium rare, but that is not noted anywhere on the menu; otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. There is however the standard warning of "Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness." It might have been just an issue with that particular dish, but I'm hesitant to return because of it.

Mykie was our server, she was absolutely incredible. Our lunch was delicious. Mykie was honest in her recommendations and made a swap based on my preference. Enjoyable all around.

Awesome staff and great food! Located in a great spot right on the creek. Great place to take the family for a nice lunch or dinner.

We are repeat customers from KY. Last night our food selection was shrimp and grits and fried chicken with corn on the cob and broccoli with Ooey Gooey pie for dessert. Everything was excellent!!! Vanessa was a great waitress. Will be back here again on our next visit.

I went at 3pm and enjoyed the food but the service was atrocious. No one was at the hostess stand upon arrival and when she did arrive she was extremely rude. The place only had a few customers so I thought it would be a good time to be there. After being seated and waiting several minutes I had to get the attention of a server who tried hard not to meet my eyes everytime he walked by so he did not have to take my table. Eventually my server appeared and apologized for the long wait. I placed my drink order and food order and it took a long time to get my drink and appetizer. I had to ask for a bread plate, after being given bread and the seafood hush puppies appetizer. She acted like I was bothering her by requesting a plate. The bread was good. The seafood hush puppies were light and well prepared. I ordered fish and chips as the entree. The fish was well cooked and seasoned wonderfully. The fries arrived cold. The tartar sauce was very good and the tea is strong and lovely. The food was good, but not worth going back because of the poor service.

The server was very friendly and helpful. JAE checked often to ensure we had everything we needed. She is a 5 star server. Not many servers make me feel like family. Our food arrived in a timely manner. The presentation of the food was excellent. It had a good aroma, making me even more hungry. The ribs fell off the bone. They were tender and full of flavor. The broccoli was firm but not hard. It had just the right amount crunch. It was a very nice lunch with the family.

Awesome place to eat! Cute little gift shop area by the register! Beautiful surroundings! The staff could use a little customer service training, but they weren’t terrible! My husband had the fish and chips and he really liked it! I tried the chicken tenders and several sides, including corn on the cob, sweet potato casserole and mac and cheese! Everything was delicious, except the sweet potato casserole could’ve used more sweet potatoes and less topping(can’t believe I actually just said that)!!!! We would definitely eat here again!

We stopped by today for a late lunch. Not crowded due to the hour and time of year. Our experience was excellent. My wife who is not a seafood eater enjoyed her burger and fries. I had the seafood boil with shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn. It was a lot of food and tasty. For dessert we shared a huge piece of key lime pie that was one of the best we have ever eaten. Iced tea to drink with refills. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Will be back.

Our server was excellent-very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant appears to be rundown and the food is average at best.
