Weird experience. DO NOT TRY TO GO DOWN THE ALLEY. Tried to check this place out because it was recommended by several local bartenders. A bachelorette party and my party tried going in the alley entrance some dude came out screaming at everyone, can’t you read this is exit only! Tried going in the front entrance different dude said this is a classy place we don’t allow flip flops, it’s business casual. So I guess if you want to be yelled at and denied entry this is the place for you.

My friends and I tried to go to Peacock - we are loyal customers who have been countless times - and we were denied because my friend was wearing patent leather (expensive) flip flop sandals. We were all dressed UP — appropriately for a girls’ night — yet were denied entry based on a pair of high-end sandals. Yet, the men who tried to enter after us, dressed much less nice us, were permitted entry. This is an absurd business policy, and all women who try to visit this bar should be warned of these policies.

3rd time i attended this place to try one of their handcrafted cocktails and no one ever addresses me !
This last visit was confirmation. I sat at the bar. Two different white women approached the bar after me and were addressed even tho they were standing up. I was staring the bartenders down and they refused to give me eye contact. He finally addressed me when the white woman told him id been sitting there 30 mins before her trying to get a drink.
I didnt even have energy to reprimand him. I just walked out and will never return again.
Bartender was hefty looking hispanic.
I visited 3x and never got service. Unacceptable !

I had a very poor experience here. The staff was unorganized, and people were allowed to cut the line while others were left waiting. The service was incredibly slow — drinks took forever to arrive. I even spoke to the owner about the issues, and his attitude reflected the same lack of care shown by the staff. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will not be returning or supporting this business again.
The place smells, bad. Honestly nothing special about the place or worth going out of your way. It’s a smelly crowded, loud bar in a basement.

And please try the cocktails here. Only place in Savannah that the cocktails are legit and not flattering people with sweetness and cream! Please try! Not gonna let you down!!!!!!
