Went up to Peregrin just before sunset and stayed until the sun fully dipped below the skyline. It was absolutely gorgeous. The city and the bridge slowly getting washed in that deep orange glow is one of those simple but memorable Savannah moments.
It was mellow when we arrived — likely because it was a bit cold — which honestly made it even better. No chaos, no fighting for space at the railing. Just a relaxed rooftop atmosphere with one of the best views in the city.
I ordered the Wingspan, and it was balanced and genuinely delicious. Not overly sweet, not overly boozy — just well made. Exactly what you want while watching the sun go down.
Pricing is about what you’d expect for a rooftop bar at a high-end hotel. If anything, maybe even a touch more reasonable considering the setting.
If you’re in Savannah, this is a perfect pre-dinner move: one drink, take in the sunset, and enjoy the view. Would absolutely do it again.

This place is awesome! It was recommend by a girl on TikTok who is a local. My friend and I went here this past Saturday. We timed it so we could see the sunset, we got there around 5:30 PM. It is located on top of the Perry Layne Hotel. It was very easy to get to. We were staying at the Desoto and could see it from our room. We just walked into the hotel, took a right, then a small left to the elevators. You just step in and push the button for rooftop. It was a chilly evening but they had fire pits! Lots of them! The music was good! There were plenty of tables and chairs. The views were gorgeous! The only food we had from there was the whipped feta! It was delicious. I have been talking about it for days! I highly recommend it! We had a wonderful time! We want to come back during the summer! I can only imagine how amazing it is during that time!

Great views and set up but everything is dirty and stained and the food (salads) are boring and bland. This is a ‘once was’.

We had the whipped feta with honey & pita. It was soooo delicious. For drinks, I got the Skylark which was sweet & yummy. It was a cloudy day, but I still enjoyed the view. Highly recommend!

Service was awful. After sitting at the bar for 10 minutes and not getting acknowledged, I finally asked a bartender to see a drink menu - she looked at me like I had just killed her dog… Very rude and condescending - acting like I was a complete burden. Finally got served by a different bartender. Fast forward an hour and a couple rounds later… went to close my tab and was told that my first rounds tab had been automatically closed because “the bartender had left”. The bartender that served me was fully standing behind the bar at this time. I told them that no she was the one who served me & they said a different bartender had entered it into the machine & left. She added a 20% tip for herself. Earlier in the night I saw a bartender standing at the machine entering in orders and speaking to another employee about all the tips they had made that night. Overall very poor service & suspicious behavior. Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes at this establishment but definitely something fishy going on.

My wife and I came here for drinks after a lovely dinner at 17Hundred90. The atmosphere was wonderful and they have fire pits on top the roof to keep you warm so you can relax.

Great view and atmosphere- expensive but you are paying for the view so it is expected. Staff was very friendly
Peregrin has incredible views, truly one of the best rooftops in Savannah. The atmosphere is great and the space itself is stunning.
Unfortunately, the bar service really misses the mark. There was only one bartender working, and it took a long time just to place a drink order. I was skipped over twice, which made the wait even more frustrating.
It’s a shame, because the location and vibe are amazing, but the slow and inattentive service definitely takes away from the experience. With better staffing and more attentive bar service, this spot could easily be a favorite, but for now, the view is the only thing worth coming for.

I’m paying $23 for a cocktail and the bartender has the nerve to be snippy with me when I wasn’t ready to order fast enough for him. I’m there to relax not feel rushed and insulted.
I did not eat here, simply stopped by for a Pimm’s Cup. The location is a lovely rooftop bar and worth stopping by for the views. The location is tastefully designed and has gas heaters for added ambiance.

Stopped here twice in one weekend for drinks and fun. Perfect temperature in Sept./Oct. Lemonade was $5.00 and refillable.

I need to know why your establishment charged me 48 extra dollars 10 days ago, and still haven't addressed it/ returned it.
I've tried contacting your business on social media, contacting Peregrin directly, and have contacted Perry Lane.
I've either been given emails that bounce, or have been ignored outright. It has been 10 days since I've been charged an extra 48 dollars on top of my 55 dollar bill. I have the bank statement to prove it. I can point directly to the drink items I ordered that night that equal the amount I paid, and why this extra charge doesn't make sense. At this point it feels like theft.
I've read several other accounts of this happening to people at Peregrin. So 1) I want to know what is going on, and 2) I want my money back. Your business was never entitled to it, and had no right to take it. The audacity to ignore people that you've outrageously overcharged.
This isn't right. Shame on you for caring this little about your patrons (one of which you've most certainly lost as a future customer). Your Customer Service is abysmal, and no view is worth the shoddy, overpriced drinks with a sprinkle of theft.

Great cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Atrocious service. It took us 20 mins — no joke — to order our drinks. Two bartenders. And not even a busy Saturday afternoon.
