Pizza hut need better phone service, no one answers the phone but the operator from another country! Then I place a order for delivery..they took my money but no food! Tried calling the store no answer and busy tone! Then when I try to get my money back the operator can't help because they're not at the actual location but took my dam money! What sense that make pizza hut do better! I see why I havent order from you in years. Never again!

Very poor service walk in and no one was inside so a lady came in from sitting in her car saying I have to place my order online so I did. Then she walks back out to her car. Place my order I see it pops up on the screen for carry out orders. No one has started making my pizza yet so I proceed to wait a little longer and the lady still process to sit in her car after I place my order just very rude and it’s been over 15 mins she just been sitting in there having me waiting.

Ordered a double pepperoni new York style pizza with less than normal amount of pepperoni. Ordered it for curbside, sat for >10 minutes and finally had to go inside to get it. Poor customer service. Won't visit here again

Experience was mediocre, pizza was good as you would expect, pasta was Ight. But the reason the store got the rating they got was due to the fact that “No answers the PHONE!” The easiest thing you could do at your job. But the reason I was calling was because I ordered 2 pizzas a pep and a cheese and only received cheese. I was just gonna ask if it was something they forgot if so I could always drive up there and pick it up with no issue or if my driver forgot to hand it to me. But if your life is on the line and you need someone to answer the phone DONT CALL SKIDAWAY Pizza Hut.

Employees couldn't even tell me if they could deliver or not, had to wait for a supervisor that never got on the phone. 10/10 will never order pizza from this location again. Domino's for the win in this case, and Domino's isn't even that good, but better than this place ?

Ordered on the mobile app, waited the 40 minute wait time very patiently and then when I went to pick up my order the worker told me the store was shut down for the night even though it says on here that they didn’t close for another hour and their door actually said they didn’t close for another 2 hours. Had to call customer support to get my refund but this is absolutely frustrating because my order was never marked as cancelled on the app nor did they attempt to call and inform me prior to me driving to pick it up after waiting the 40 min wait time.

The service was horrible.. I never received my order. They charged my card and I was not able to contact them because they never answered the phone.. I tried 11 times to call and no one never answered my calls. I want my money back!!!

One of the worst experiences I've had. I placed an order around 7:45 PM, and waited three hours for them to deliver it only for them to cancel the delivery. I have not had a refund issued, nor did anyone reach out to me in that three hour window despite me trying to also call the store several times. Awful communication, awful customer service, and I guess we'll find out in the coming days whether it's run by thieves or not.
