Customer service is terrible. General manager knows nothing about true customer service and is very rude. Refused to accommodate a mess up and promo from his former manager. I am too a manager, and there are always ways to accommodate a customer and resolve any issue!

The cashier ( I think she's the manager at the Skidaway location in Sav, GA)was very pleasant even though they appeared to be short staffed. The presentation and quality of my order looked and taste amazing. It gives me a "made for tv" vibe. My order was a carry out however, I left a tip.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Ordered a personal pan pizza last night from the Pizza Hut on skidaway. Drove there and picked it up. Got it home and put it in my air fryer to overcook it because I like my pizza overcooked instead of everything sliding off of it. I woke up in the morning around 3:00 a.m. with severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea for two hours. This skidaway Pizza Hut is serving food that will give you food poisoning. I'm so scared cuz I do not know what in the pizza made me sick. I will be reporting this to the GA Department of Health.
Not sure why this Pizza Hut doesn’t have a 5 star! There’s only two ladies that normally work cashier and they both always give me great customer service I love it . On top of that Everytime i order it’s so fresh and good so I don’t see the issue here lol. I wish I knew the name of the two women who always gives excellent service but they know who they are . Keep up the great work staff. Your my go to spot.For single eaters I highly recommend the “rectangle” pizza. It’s big and cheap . Thank y’all!

Wanted a kids personal pizza, but they said for $2 more we could get a medium. Thanks for the upsale. It was worth it.

Ordered through the app for Contactless Pickup 4/27/23. I called and was placed on hold, I waited and then an elder lady stepped outside and asked if I was a pickup and I told her yes. She brought me my food and I said thank you and her response was "mhm" and swated her arm down (she wasnt fanning no fly i seen her) as she was walking away. Like come on now, if you ain't wanna walk outside to hand me my order you could have had someone else do it. But it's literally rude to say mhm after someone was polite to you. I don't know what kinda day she was having or if walking to my car was asking too much but she need to rethink her job choice cuz being an elder in food service is not for her.
